Akterima afere “Respiratori” i njihovim nalogodavcima smetaju novinari, FUP istražuje slučaj
Slučaj je prijavljen Federalnoj upravi policije, vodi se kao podstrekivanje u vezi s krivičnim djelom ugrožavanje sigurnosti
Semira Degirmendžić, Kenan Kešmer, Amil Dučić…, uz jezivi zvuk tastature, ispisuju se novinarska imena u dva šokantna videa objavljena na društvenoj mreži Facebook. Novinari koji su razotkrili jednu od najvećih poslijeratnih afera u zemlji „Respiratori“ optuženi su da izmišljaju informacije. Stranački propagandisti pokušavaju abolirati one koji su uništili 10,5 miliona maraka budžetskog novca, a svu krivicu svaliti na novinare.
Optužuju ih i da su pobunili građane 2014. godine, kao da su novinari uništili firme „Dita“, „Aida“ u Tuzli i više drugih fabrika, što je bila inicijalna kapisla za opravdanu pobunu građana.
Mete jasne, cilj još jasniji – satanizacija, zastrašivanje, pritisak, diskreditiranje i konačno ušutkivanje svih onih čije izvještavanje ne odgovara određenim političkim strukturama ili njihovim simpatizerima.
Dirnuli u osinjak
Međutim, sistem dobiva snažan otpor. Ostajemo nezavisni, kaže u izjavi za „Avaz“ Kenan Kešmer, urednik portala Raport.
Radi se o već dobro poznatoj propagandnoj mašineriji SDA, kojoj je cilj staviti metu na čelo svima koji ne igraju po njihovim pravilima. U ovom slučaju, kao i u mnogim drugim prije, prevarili su se. Ako se neko nada da će Raport prestati pisati o aferama, a posebno o aferi “Respiratori”, grdno se vara. Očigledno smo na pravom putu jer smo dirnuli u osinjak. Ovo nam samo daje krila da još dublje, serioznije istražujemo sve anomalije u društvu, posebno one koje provode vladajuće strukture – kaže Kešmer.
Novinari Raporta prijavili su slučaj Federalnoj upravi policije, potvrdio nam je Ensad Korman, direktor FUP-a.
FUP će u ponedjeljak pismeno obavijestiti Tužilaštvo KS o ovom slučaju, a onda ćemo krenuti u istragu da vidimo ko je taj ko prijeti novinarima – kaže Korman.
Iz Odjela za borbu protiv kompjuterskog kriminala FUP-a usmeno je već obaviješteno Tužilaštvo KS da je zaprimljena prijava o podstrekivanju u vezi s krivičnim djelom ugrožavanje sigurnosti.
Digitalni tragovi
Saša Petrović, inspektor FUP-a koji radi na ovom slučaju, rekao je za „Avaz“ da su svi podaci koji trebaju biti istraženi već pohranjeni, tako da se ne mogu izbrisati.
Kada tužilac okvalificira djelo, mi postupamo prema naredbi suda i od Facebooka direktno dobivamo sve podatke. Digitalni tragovi uvijek ostaju. Nije nam problem da identificiramo osobu, jer sarađujemo sa svim policijskim agencijama u svijetu – pojasnio je Petrović.
Novinarska udruženja jednoglasna su u osudi javne hajke, pozivaju institucije da ne dozvole političko targetiranje novinara i medija.
