ASA Banka kupila je Sberbank BH, saopćio je večeras Jasmin Mahmuzić, na press konferenciji Agencije za bankarstvo Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
– Zaključno sa 1. martom 2022. finaliziran je model za trajno rješenje pitanja nastavka poslovanja Sberbanke BH DD kroz prijenos vlasništva sa Sberbank Jurop AG na domaće društvo ASA Finance DD Sarajevo. Cijeneći mogućnosti date Zakonom o bankama, a na osnovu dostupnih i analiziranih opcija koje smo imali na raspolaganju proteklih dana, usvojen je plan, a na osnovu ponude dostavljenje od strane ASA Finance DD Sarajevo, usvijen je model koji u potpunosti osigurava sigurnost i kontinuitet poslovanja banke kroz prijenos vlasništva i osiguravanje neophodnih modela za jačanje, banka će poslovati u okviru ASA Grupe, a većinski vlasnik će biti domaće društvo ASA Finance – kazao je Mahmuzić.
Omogućavanjem ove transakcije, prema riječima Mahmuzića, formira se banka koja postaje sistemski značajna u Federaciji BiH, ali i cijeloj državi.
– U svrhu provedbe svih potrebnih aktivnosti i u skladu sa Zakonom o bankama, Agencija za bankarstvo FBiH određuje vrijeme za usklađivanje poslovanja u trajanju od 48 sata, počev od 2. marta 2022, od nula sati i jedne minute.
– U periodu trajanja navedenog usklađivanja banka je dužna osigurati neometan pristup mreži bankomata i dostupnost usluga kartičnog poslovanja. Prema procjeni poslovnice će biti zatvorene najduže do 4. marta 2022. u osam sati. Navedenim odlukama i mjerama Agencije za bankarstvo FBiH, kao i spremnošću ASA Finance Grupe očuvana je stabilnost banke, depoziti, klijenti, a zajdeno s tim i stabilnost bankarskog sistema Federacije BiH – istakao je Mahmuzić.
Podsjetimo, zbog dešavanja u Ukrajini, Agencija za bankarstvo Federacije BiH u nedjelju je saopćila da preuzimaju upravljanje Sberbank BH, te da korisnici nemaju razloga za brigu jer ruskog elementa u ovoj banci u našoj zemlji nema.
Istakao je da su svi depoziti građana sigurni te da nema razloga za brigu.
– Zamolio bih deponente da imaju razumijevanja i vjeruju da je banka stabilna. Postoji fizičko ograničenje za svaki depozit, treba vremena da svako dobije novac. Dakle stvara se u tom slučaju nepotrebna panika i osjećaj da se nešto dešava, kada vidite veliki red ljudi. Klijenti mogu tražiti svoj novac, banka i bankomati će raditi normalno, online servisi će raditi normalno – naglasio je Mahmuzić.
Naveo je da će učiniti sve da se Sberbank BIH sačuva i dodao da nema bojazni da dešavbanja u Ukrajini negativno utječu na poslovanje banke.
