Baerbock: Evropa je suočena s ratom, sada je važno doći u Sarajevo
Ovu posjetu planiram od početka mandata zbog toga što je evropska budućnost zemalja Zapadnog Balkana prioritet za Vladu Njemačke i mene lično.
– No nikada ne bih pomislila da ću na ovaj put krenuti u momentu kada su mir i stabilnost glavna pitanja evropska, rekla je Baerbock i dodala:
– Njemačka će ovdje u vašoj zemlji i na Zapadnom Balkanu biti prisutnija u budućnosti. Zbog toga samo uveli funkciju specijalnog izaslanika. Sretna sam što je salzin taj izbor Manuel Sarrazin.
Ona je dodala da je imenovanje Sarazzina samo početak onoga što Vlada Njemačke planira.
– Dolazim ovdje u momentu kada je Evropa suočena sa katastrofa rata. Svjesna sam da se ljudi u BiH ovdje prisjećaju 90-tih godina koji su gledali kako im ubijaju očeve, siluju majke i sestra. Baš zato što se sada dešava rat u Ukrajini važno je posjetiti Balkan, biti u Sarajevu. Moramo se boriti protiv onih u BiH koji ugrožavaju mir. Podržavamo one koji jačaju zemlju, a ne one koji destabiliziraju BiH, rekla je Baerbock.
Ona je dodala i da je važno da se izbori u BiH održe u planiranom terminu u oktobru i da ne ostaje mnogo vremena za dogovor o Izbornom zakonu.
– Zahvalna sam što je BiH uz nas i uz 141 zemlju UN-a po pitanju agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, poručila je na kraju njemačka šefica diplomatije.
