Optuženik za genocid u Srebrenici Svetozar Kosorić živi u Jajincima kod Beograda. Njegova adresa je Ane Dobeš 17D. Optuženik za genocid Tomislav Kovač živi u Beogradu i ima firmu u selu Čurug u Vojvodini. Ljuban Ećim, osumnjičenik za zločine protiv čovječnosti i lice s Interpolove potjernice, povremeno boravi na adresi Đure Jakšića broj 11 u Beogradu gdje stan posjeduje njegov sin.
“Kako ste nas našli, svaka čast”, kaže nam djevojka koja se pojavilila na kapiji nakon što smo, na ulazu u dvorište, pritisnuli zvono pored kojeg je pisalo Svetozar i Dušica.
Na poštanskom sandučetu, na istoj adresi u Jajincima kod Beograda, pisalo je – Kosorić. Ulica je Ane Dobeš, a broj je 17 d. Velika željezna ograda i natpis “čuvaj se psa” osiguravaju poprilično veliku kuću u kojoj živi Svetozar Kosorić,
optuženik za genocid u Srebrenici, lice s Interpolove potjernice i bjegunac od bosanskohercegovačkog pravosuđa.
“Tata nije bjegunac. On je državljanin Srbije”, objašnjava nam djevojka koja će,potom, reći da Svetozar Kosorić trenutno nije u kući.
Nije trenutno, ali, uglavom, bude. Na naše insistiranje pozvala je tatu putem telefona, objasnila mu ko ga traži, zatim uzela broj telefona autora ovog teksta i rekla da će se Kosorić javiti ukoliko bude zainteresiran za davanje intervjua. I nije se javio.
Svetozar Kosorić je rođen 22. maja 1953. godine u selu Kusače kod Han Pijeska, u Bosni I Hercegovini.
“Sud Bosne i Hercegovine, zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo Genocid iz člana 171, stav 1, tačka a) i b) Krivičnog zakona BiH, dana 17. 4. 2017. godine izdaje naredbu protiv optuženog Svetozara Kosorića”, piše u dokumentu Suda BiH koji, dalje naređuje da se “nakon pronalaska i lišenja slobode imenovani ima u najkraćem roku u skladu sa Evropskom konvencijom o ljudskim pravima mora sprovesti u Sud
BiH, u svrhu njegovog ispitivanja i odlučivanja o potrebi daljeg zadržavanja u pritvoru”. Pojednostavljeno, Sud BiH je raspisao Interpolovu potjernicu za optuženikom za genocid Svetozarom Kosorićem.
“Optužnica tereti optuženog Svetozara Kosorića da je, u svojstvu načelnika Odjeljenja za obavještajne poslove i kao jedan od članova Štaba Drinskog korpusa VRS, pomogao učesnicima udruženog zločinačkog poduhvata znajući da su imali namjeru djelimično istrijebiti grupu bošnjačkog naroda ubijanjem,
prisilnim premještanjem pripadnika grupe i nanošenjem teških tjelesnih i duševnih povreda pripadnicima te grupe”, navedeno je na stranici Suda BiH.
Ovaj Svetozar Kosorić, rekosmo, živi u Jajincima kod Beograda, na adresi Ane Dobeš broj 17 D. I, reći će nam njegova kćerka, “nije bjegunac”. Kao što nije “bjekstvu” ni Duško Kornjača, danas ugledni novasadski ljekar za kojim traga Interpol zbog optužbi da je u rodnom Čajniču, opet Bosna i Hercegovina, počinio krivično djelo – zločin protiv čovječnosti.
„Po kom zakonu i principu da ga nekome izručimo? Hoćete da zgazite pravni poredak Srbije?“, upitao je srbijanski predsjednik Aleksandar Vučić novinare koji su prethodno pitali njega da li može prokomentarisati pisanje lista Danas, u kojem se njegova vlast optužuje da štiti zločince.
Ne postoji, objasnit će istog dana za N1 TV iz MUP-a Srbije, nijedan zakonski osnov za postupanje po potjernici BiH koja se odnosi na državljanina Republike Srbije, Duška Kornjaču.
“Naime, pozitivno zakonodavstvo Republike Srbije, osim u slučaju saradnje sa Haškim tribunalom, ne dozvoljava izručenje osumnjičenih za ratne zločine”, odgovorili su MUP-a Srbije kolegici sa N1 Suzani Stambol.
U prevodu, Srbija štiti ratne zločince, osuđene ili optužene, potpuno je svejedno. Zato idemo dalje. Selo Čurug je smješteno u općini Žabalj, u Vojvodini. Čim prođete tablu, vidjet ćete velike silose i mlin. Na kapiji preduzeća nas uljudno dočekuju i kažu da je gospodin Tomislav Kovač upravo sjeo u svog Mercedesa beogradskih tablica. Njegovo lice nije nepoznato, čest je
gost PINK i Hapy televizije. Plus je “lice s potjernice”.
“Optužnica tereti optuženog Tomislava Kovača da je od 06. jula do 01. novembra 1995. godine, za vrijeme široko rasprostanjenog i sistematičnog napada usmjerenog protiv pripadnika bošnjačkog civilnog stanovništva zaštićene UN-a Srebrenica i Žepa u toku kojeg su VRS i MUP RS izveli operaciju trajnog i prisilnog premještanja ukupnog bošnjačkog civilnog stanovništva iz zaštićene zone UN-a Srebrenica i Žepa i operaciju hvatanja,
zatvaranja, pogubljenja po prijekom postupku vojno sposobnih muškaraca i mladića Bošnjaka iz enklave Srebrenica, te operacije sakrivanja dokaza o pogubljenju tako što su posmrtni ostaci žrtava ekshumirani iz primarnih masovnih grobnica i ponovno ukopani u neobilježene sekundarne masovne grobnice”, navedeno je na stranici Suda BiH koji je raspisao potjernicu za
ratnim zamjenikom ministra unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske.
Kada smo se sreli u krugu njegove fabrike u Čurugu, Kovač je, za razliku od doktora Kornjače, bio vrlo učtiv. Primio nas je u svoju kancelariju i pristao na intervju.
“Zašto ne idete u BiH”, pitamo ga.
“A zašto bih išao?, uzvraća Kovač pa nastavlja: “Mislio sam otići u Sarajevo u vezi sa ovom optužnicom za genocid, ali sam čuo da mi nešto spremaju i za Ilidžu i sada neću”.
Ubijeđen je da nema nikakvu odgovornost za Srebrenicu. Podsjećamo ga na njegov dokument broj 64-95 od 10.07.1995. godine kojim je, faktički, naredio angažman zloglasnih Škorpiona na teritoriji BiH.
“Sve naredbe koje su izdate za Srebrenicu, nijedna nije potpisana od mene. U moje ime ih je potpisivao, da ne poverujete, Radovan Karadžić, a neke je potpisao dežurni inspektor”, pravda se Kovač.
Nataša Kandić, direktorica Fonda za humanitarno pravo koja je aktivno, kao zastupnica žrtava, učestvovala u predmetu Škorpioni, kaže da je Kovač bio svjedok na suđenju.
“On nije negirao da je potpisao taj dokument o angažmanu Škorpiona. Sve vrijeme na suđenju je govorio da sam izdajnik i govorio da je u pitanju zavjera”, kaže nam Nataša Kandić.
“Sve i da sam ga potpisao”, reći će nam kasnije u razgovoru Tomislav Kovač, “nisam ja komandovao tom jedinicom. Ona je prepotčinjena vojnim strukturama”.
Ali ako je čist, pitamo ga, zbog čega se, onda, Kovač ne predaje pravosuđu BiH koje je za njim raspisalo međunarodnu potjernicu.
“Ne vjerujem im”, objasnit će.
Srbijanskim vlastima vjeruje. MUP Republike Srbije ga, kaže, nikad nije priveo kako bi, formalno, bila pokrenuta procedura za njegovo izručenje BiH. U Srbiji se bavi biznisom i gotovanjem na Happy TV.
“Ja sam otvoren za sve. Mene ne interesuje to za šta je optužen neko. Kada sam ugostio Haradinaja, a isto bih tako uradio i razgovor sa Naserom Orićem, zašto ne bih i nekoga iz Beograda”, govori nam vlasnik te televizije Milomir Marić.
Pokušali smo preko Marića doći do beogradske adrese Novaka Đukića, generala koji je u BiH pravosnažno osuđen na 20 godina robije zbog toga što je naredio da se ispali granata na tuzlansku Kapiju koja je 25. Maja 1995. godine ubila 71
civila.
“Nemam adresu. Nije on sposoban za ragovor. Jednom mi je dolazio ovdje ali nikad u studio”, kaže Marić.
Adresu Ljubana Ećima nismo dobili od Marića. On se ne pojavljuje na televizijama. Njegovo je društvo Svetlana Ražnatović Ceca, njegovo su društvo pripadnici zemunskog klana.
“Ljubanu od komandanta Arkana”, ugravirano je na pištolju pronađenom u Ećimovom stanu kada ga je MUP Srbije 2007. godine uhapsio zbog kriminala.
Zbog ratnih zločina u Kotor Varoši, Ećim nikad nije uhapšen. Živi i radi Beogradu. Posljednji put je prijavljen na adresi Đure Jakšića na broju 11, gdje stan posjeduje njegov sin. Trebao bi biti na prvom spratu, u stanu broj 3, ali rijetko boravi tu, u strogom centru Beograda. Posjeduje dva pištolja i srbijanski pasoš. Za njim je raspisana crvena Interpolova potjernica. Tužilaštvo BiH ga nije pravilno ispitalo pa formalne optužnice zbog ratnih zločina u Kotor Varoši protiv njega još nema. No, u istražnoj fazi postupka Sud BiH mu je odredio pritvor i raspisao potjernicu. Onu crvenu, koja, očito, ne vrijedi u Srbiji. Jer Aleksandru Vučiću ne pada napamet da “ruši pravni poredak i principe Srbije”.
