Bosna i Hercegovina zbog koronavirusa proglasila vanredno stanje!
Vijeće ministara Bosne i Hercegovine je na današnjoj sjednici proglasilo vanredno stanje, odnosno stanje prirodne ili druge nesreće izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa.Nakon vanredne sjednice Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine, koja je održana u ponedjeljak, danas je zasjedala državna vlada, a ključna tema dnevnog reda bila je pandemija koronavirusa.
U skladu s Okvirnim zakonom o zaštiti i spašavanju ljudi i materijalnih dobara od prirodnih i drugih nesreća u Bosni i Hercegovini državni ministri danas su proglasili stanje prirodne ili druge nesreće izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa.
Također, dogovoreno je popunjavanje i aktiviranje Koordinaciono tijelo Bosne i Hercegovine za zaštitu i spašavanje s obzirom na to da je Vijeće ministara BiH usvojilo Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama i dopunama Odluke o formiranju Koordinacijskog tijela Bosne i Hercegovine za zaštitu i spašavanje. Prema zakonu Ministarstvo sigurnosti BiH koordinira aktivnosti u planiranju i djelovanju institucija i organa Bosne i Hercegovine u oblasti zaštite i spašavanja.
Koordinaciono tijelo Bosne i Hercegovine za zaštitu i spašavanje ljudi i materijalnih dobara od prirodnih i drugih nesreća u Bosni i Hercegovini formira Vijeće ministara BiH i čine ga devet predstavnika Vijeća ministara BiH, pet predstavnika Vlade RS-a, pet predstavnika Vlade FBiH i dva člana Vlade Brčko distrikta BiH.
Vijeće ministara BiH nadležno je za proglašavanje nastanka i prestanka stanja prirodne ili druge nesreće na teritoriji Bosne i Hercegovine, na prijedlog Koordinacionog tijela Bosne i Hercegovine za zaštitu i spašavanje ili na zahtjev nadležnih organa entiteta ili Brčko distrikta BiH, koji su već proglasili stanje nesreće na svojoj teritoriji.
Sjednica Vijeća ministara BiH uslijedila je nakon što je Predsjedništvo BiH pozvalo državnu vladu da zbog pandemije koronavirusa proglasi stanje prirodne ili druge nesreće.
