Čengić: Imenovanje Vukoje u Ustavni sud BiH protivno je programu SDP-a
“Nije izgovor to što je SDA isto radila u prošlosti, jer valjda mi trebamo drugačije a ne samo biti njihova zamjena”.
Irfan Čengić, poslanik Socijaldemokratske partije Bosne i Hercegovine u Skupštini Kantona Sarajevo i delegat u Domu naroda Parlamenta entitet F BiH izričito je protiv imenovanja Marina Vukoje za člana Ustavnog suda BiH.
U postu na Twitteru on je pozvao kolege iz svoje partije, kao i poslanike Naše stranke u Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta F BiH da mu ne daju glas.
“O izboru sudije Ustavnog suda imam isti stav kao i prije izbora odnosno isti stav kakav smoj zastupali u prošlim mandatima. Da je nedopustivo stranački aktivne ljude imenovati za sudije, posebno onih politika koje ne poštuju presude ustavnih sudova.
Program SDP-a sa kojim smo izašli pred ljude na izbore je nedvosmislen:
“Sudovi moraju da budu zaštićeni od svih mogućih uticaja vlasti i politike na svoje odluke. Dosad je bila praksa da raniji politički funkcioneri bivaju birani u najviše sudske instance. SDP BiH ima namjeru uvesti izmjene zakonske regulative koje će onemogućiti licima koja su prethodno bila politički aktivna kandidovanje na pozicije u sudskoj vlasti.”
Razumijem ukoliko kolege iz SDP i NS u Predstavničkom domu smatraju da treba odstupiti od ranijih stavova koje smo zastupali ili od Programa SDP. Ali očekujem da imaju razumjevanja za stajlište onih koji ne žele odstupati od Programa i stavova koje smo ranije zastupali.
Molim ih samo da još jednom razmisle, jer ovo nije neko imenovanje na kratak period i u neku direktorsku fotelju. Ovo imenovanje je u jednoj od najvažnijih institucija na period duži od 20 godina, posljedice glasanja su dalekosežne”, napisao je Čengić.
On ističe i da je “jasno da jr Marin Vukoja je politički aktivna osoba koja je bila i na kandidatskim listama za DN PSBiH, te da za njega otvoreno lobira jedna politička stranka kao da se radi o političkoj poziciji”.
“Nije izgovor to što je SDA isto radila u prošlosti, jer valjda mi trebamo drugačije a ne samo biti njihova zamjena.
Čak sam siguran da je danas SDA u koaliciji sa HDZ-om da bi i oni glasali za Vukoju.
Veliku odgovornost za ovu situaciju ima SDA koja je u prošlom mandatu odugovlačila ovo imenovanje i na čelo parlamentarne komisije imenovala člana iz HDZ-a.
Tada sam u parlamentarnim diskusijama zajedno sa kolegama iz SDP-a bio veoma oštar, kao i kolegica Sabina Čudić dok je najbolje predviđanje procesa tada dao zastupnik Damir Arnaut koji je upozoravao na štetnost odugovlačenja od strane SDA.
“Naime, prva naredna prilika će biti tek u decembru ili januaru, a tada će HDZ usloviti konstituisanje vlasti izborom kandidata kojeg oni preferiraju.” rekao je tada kolega Arnaut, ali izgleda da sada mi dolazimo kao zamjena za SDA koja treba HDZ-ovu preferenciju progurati.
Na kraju želim podsjetiti da Dom naroda PFBiH ne učestvuje u izboru ovog sudije, ali sam imao potrebu ukazati na program, naše ranije stavove i zamoliti kolege da razmisle. Na kraju dana svako od nas snosi odgovornost za poteze i glasanja”, napisao je Čengić.
Predstavnički dom Parlamenta F BiH će u srijedu, 21. juna, glasati i o imenovanju sudije iz F BiH u Ustavni sud Bosne i Hercegovine.
