Chollet o sastanku sa Izetbegovićem i Čovićem: Potrebna je podrška svih stranaka
Nakon večerašnjeg sastanka u Sarajevu sa liderima SDA i HDZBiH Bakirom Izetbegovićem i Draganom Čovićem na Twitteru se oglasio i savjetnik američkog državnog sekretara Derek Chollet.
– Sastao sam se sa predsjedavajućim Doma naroda BiH Draganom Čovićem i drugim potpredsjednikom Bakirom Izetbegovićem kako bih apelirao na liderstvo, izgradnju povjerenja i funkcionalnost entiteta Federacije koji su neophodni za stabilnost BiH i put u EU. Transparentnijim i kredibilnijim izborima 2022. potrebna je podrška svih stranaka – naveo je Chollet.
Također, oglasili su se i iz Američke ambasade u Bosni i Hercegovini.
– Bh. lideri ne mogu zamijeniti riječi za djelovanje kada je u pitanju funkcionalnost institucija Bosne i Hercegovine. Suverenitet znači odgovorno vođstvo za izgradnju rješenja. Građani Bosne i Hercegovine bi trebali vidjeti koji lideri rade na ispunjavanju obećanja o potencijalu Bosne i Hercegovine, a one koji to ne rade moraju pozvati na odgovornost – naveli su iz Američke ambasade.
Sastanku su prisustvovali i zamjenik pomoćnika sekretara u Birou za evropska i evroazijska pitanja State Departmenta Gabriel Escobar i američki ambsador u BiH Eric Nelson.
