CIK odlučio: Lokalni izbori se odgađaju za 15. novembar
Centralna izborna komisija Bosne i Hercegovine odlučila je da lokalni izbori 2020. godine budu odgođeni za 15. novembar.
Podsjetimo, CIK je prvobitno 7. maja donio Odluku o raspisivanju lokalnih izbora. Ona je donesena jednoglasno, a odlučeno je da će se 4. oktobra birati 64 općinska vijeća u Federaciji BiH, 56 skupština općina u Republici Srpskoj, 120 načelnika općina u BiH, 14 gradskih vijeća u FBiH, 7 skupština gradova u RS, 22 gradonačelnika u BiH te Skupština Brčko distrikta.
Ipak, problem je nastao zbog neusvajanja budžeta BiH u kojem se trebao nalaziti novac i za organizovanje izbora.
Iz CIK-a su ranije naveli da je za sprovođenje ovogodišnjih lokalnih izbora potrebno oko devet miliona KM, što znači da na državnom nivou mora biti osigurano 4,2 miliona KM.
U petak je istekao rok od 15 dana u kojem su nadležne institucije morale postupiti po Izbornom zakonu BiH kojim je propisano da se u budžetu institucija Bosne i Hercegovine osigurava novac.
CIK će već danas objaviti poziv za javnu nabavku glasačkih listića i drugih potrebnih sredstava za održavanje izbora. Ipak, s obzirom da novac za održavanje izbora 15. novembra još nije osiguran, ugovori ne mogu biti sklopljeni. Ipak, iz CIK-a kažu da do jula očekuju rješavanje problema.
Od 27. maja do 3. jula teče rok u kojem partije i kandidati mogu dostaviti prijavu za učešće na izborima.
Dana 15. novembra birat će se 64 općinska vijeća u Federaciji BiH, 56 skupština općina u Republici Srpskoj, 120 načelnika općina u BiH, 14 gradskih vijeća u FBiH, 7 skupština gradova u RS, 22 gradonačelnika u BiH te Skupština Brčko distrikta.
Izborna kampanja počinje 16. oktobra i traje do početka izborne šutnje, odnosno do 14. novembra, do 7 sati ujutro.
Rok za prijavu birača van BiH za Lokalne izbore 2020. godine ističe 01.09.2020.
godine u 24:00 sata. Prijavni obrasci PRP1 i PRP2 sa uputstvom o načinu prijave i
dostave dostupni su na internet-stranici Centralne izborne komisije BiH.
