Covid-potvrde na nivou BiH i dalje nedosanjan san, ali proces je započeo
Vijeće ministara BiH je sredinom decembra dalo saglasnost Ministarstvu civilnih poslova za iskazivanje interesa za priključenje BiH sistemu EU digitalnih covid-potvrda. Iako je prošlo više od mjesec dana, posao nije ni blizu kraja, ali je proces započeo.
Priključenje BiH sistemu EU digitalnih covid-potvrda omogućit će nastavak procedure uvezivanja ovih potvrda na državnom nivou, a s ciljem jednostavnijeg putovanja naših građana.
Iz Ministarstva civilnih poslova BiH (MCP) za Klix.ba danas su rekli kako su pripremili Nacrt sporazuma kojim bi bilo riješeno ovo pitanje.
“Nacrt je dostavljen svim nadležnim institucijama na mišljenje. Nakon što mišljenja budu prikupljena biće održana konferencija ministara za oblast zdravstva. MCP očekuje da bi to moglo biti do kraja prvog mjeseca 2022. godine”, naveli su.
Kako saznaje Klix.ba u ovom trenutku je sporno što BiH i dalje nema zakonski okvir da npr. Agencija za identifikacione dokumente, evidenciju i razmjenu podataka BiH (IDDEEA) izdaje covid-potvrde.
Upravo bi se sporazumom koje je pripremilo Ministarstvo civilnih poslova BiH trebao stvoriti pravni osnov da se covid-potvrde mogu izdavati na nivou države, a zatim ispuniti standarde koji su potrebni.
Nakon što MCP uradi svoj dio posla i sve bude zakonski regulisano na posao će preći Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova BiH koje treba uspostaviti bilateralne sporazume sa državama članicama EU kako bi uzajamno priznali covid-potvrde što bi u konačnici značilo da državljani BiH ne bi imali nikakvih problema pri putovanjima u bilo koju evropsku zemlju.
Kao što je poznato, covid-potvrde se trenutno izdaju na nivou entiteta u RS-u i po kantonima u Federaciji BiH.
