Danska ukida Covid-ograničenja uprkos velikom broju novozaraženih
Danske od danas ukida skoro sva ograničenja koja su uvedena zbog koronavirusa, uprkos tome što je incidenca koronavirusa u toj državi i dalje visoka.
Obavezno nošenje maski za lice sada je prošlost, uz predočenje Covid-propusnica, koje dokazuju vakcinaciju, oporavak ili negativne rezultate testa.
Veliki događaji sada se mogu odvijati nesmetano, kao i rad noćnih klubova koji mogu slobodno primiti posjetioce.
Sve to ide ruku pod ruku s činjenicom da Covid-19 više nije klasificiran kao “društveno kritičan” – oznaka koja je vladi dala ovlast da donese dalekosežne mjere suzbijanja širenja zaraze.
Samo putnici koji ulaze u zemlju i dalje moraju predočiti dokaz o vakcinaciji.
Danska je poduzela sličan potez u septembru, ali mjere su postepeno ponovo uvedene kada je broj slučajeva počeo naglo rasti ubrzo nakon toga.
U prošloj sedmici Danska je bilježila između 33.000 i 47.000 novih slučajeva dnevno, a to su brojke koje su bile teško zamislive prije pojave vrlo zarazne varijante omikron.
Međutim, te infekcije nisu opteretile bolnice, kao što se strahovalo da bi se moglo desiti. Visoka stopa vakcinacije u Danskoj smatra se glavnim razlogom zašto je zdravstveni sistem ostao neopterećen Covid-pacijentima.
– Prošli smo kroz kritičnu fazu – rekla je danska premijerka Mette Frederiksen prošle sedmice kada je najavila da će mjere biti ukinute, prenosi dpa.
– Od 1. februara Danska će biti otvorena – potpuno otvorena. Spremni smo izaći iz sjene koronavirusa. Kažemo “zbogom” ograničenjima i “dobrodošli” životu kakav smo poznavali prije – rekla je smiješeći se.
