Delegati iz SNSD-a oborili ukidanje akciza na gorivo
Dom naroda Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine odbio je danas zahtjev Predstavničkog doma PSBiH da Prijedlog zakona o izmjenama Zakona o akcizama u BiH, koji predviđa ukidanje akciza na gorivo, razmatra po hitnom postupku.
Ovaj zahtjev za hitni postupak imao je opću, ali ne i entitetsku većinu glasova delegata iz bh. eniteta Republika Srpska, pa je upućen kolegiju Doma na usaglašavanje.
Od 14 prisutnih delegata, “za” razmatranje po hitnom postupku glasalo je njih 10, protiv je bilo četiri, dok suzdržanih nije bilo. Iz Federacije BiH je devet delegata bilo “za”, a iz Republike Srpske jedan delegat je bio “za”, dok su četiri bila protiv hitne procedure.
S obzirom na to da su u tenutku glasanja na sjednici bila prisutna dva od tri člana Kolegija Doma, nije bilo moguće odmah pristupiti usaglašavanju, te ostaje da se Kolegij naknadno pokuša usaglasiti.
Predstavnički dom državnog parlamenta je prošle sedmice, na prijedlog poslanika SDP-a BiH, po hitnom postupku usvojio prijedlog ovog zakona čije bi donošenje, kako navode predlagači, dovelo do smanjenja cijene goriva za iznos od 30 do 45 pfeninga po litru.
Predloženi zakon predviđa ukidanje akciza za: dizel-gorivo i ostala plinska ulja, petrolej (kerozin), motorni benzin-bezolovni, motorni benzin, lož-ulje, tečni naftni plin za pogon motornih vozila, biogoriva i biotečnosti.
Precizirano je da se odredbe zakona primjenjuju šest mjeseci od dana stupanja na snagu, a po isteku tog roka Vijeće ministara BiH može svojom odlukom produžiti njegovu primjenu za još tri mjeseca.
