Detalji akcije SIPA-e: Pretresi u Sector Securityju, oduzete duple kase i velika suma novca
Pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) su jutros započeli operativnu akciju “Kruna” na 18 lokacija u više gradova Bosne i Hercegovine s ciljem provjere aktivnosti dvije firme sa sjedištem u Bihaću.Akcija se provodi u Banjoj Luci, Doboju, Prijedoru, Kozarcu, Tuzli, Sanskom Mostu, Trebinju, Palama, Bijeljini, Vitezu, Livnu i Bihaću, a u ovim gradovima se nalaze sjedište i poslovne jedinice dva poslovna lica – Sector Security i Bodyguard Fileković, saznaje Klix.ba.
Oni su osumnjičeni da su počinili krivično djelo poreske utaje ili prevare, odnosno vjeruje se da su vođene duple knjige i da promet firme u velikoj mjeri nije prikazan.
Prilikom pretresa su oduzeti računari, poslovna dokumentacija, duple kase koje su korištene za vođenje duple evidencije te veća količina novca za koju se vjeruje da nije bila oporezovana.
Riječ je o jednoj poslovnici firme Bodyguard Fileković, dok su preostalo poslovnice Sector Securityja, odnosno subjekti širom BiH koji posluju pod vlasništvom te firme čije je sjedište u Bihaću.
Kako saznajemo, uhapšenih nema, no nekoliko osoba će biti ispitano u svojstvu svjedoka.
Sector Security je jedna od firmi pokojnog Slaviše Krunića, koji je ubijen u aprilu 2019. godine u blizini Banje Luke. Nedavno je i Biznisinfo pisao o jednom od njegovih poslovnih subjekata “Sector ADS” navodeći da ga je kupio “Prointer”, čiji je vlasnik sin Milorada Dodika Igor Dodik.
