Detalji jutrošnje akcije: “Palo” skoro pola tone droge, 19 uhapšenih

U akciji koju od jutros na području Hercegovine sprovodi Uprava za organizovani i teški kriminalitet MUP-a RS-a pod nadzorom Tužilaštva BiH, a po naredbama Suda BiH, zaplijenjeno je više od 400 kilograma marihuane.

Uhapšeno je 19 osoba.

Akcija kodnog naziva “Staza” provodi se na području Trebinja, Foče i drugih općina u RS-u.

– Do sada je uhapšeno 19 osoba za koje se sumnja da su počinili krivično djelo organizovani kriminal, a u vezi sa krivičnim djelima neovlašteni promet opojnim drogama i neovlašteni promet oružjem i vojnom opremom. Tokom istrage do sada je oduzeto više od 400 kilograma marihuane koje je ova grupa prokrijumčarila iz Crne Gore na područje Bosne i Hercegovine – potvrđeno je iz MUP-a RS-a.

Iz Tužilaštva BiH saopćili su da su tužioci iz Posebnog odjela za organizovani kriminal, privredni kriminal i korupciju ne terenu, gdje koordiniraju rad ovlaštenih policijskih službenika.

U akciji učestvuje više desetaka policajaca MUP-a RS-a.

– Akcija je usmjerena na lica osumnjičena da su duži vremenski period vršila krivična djela organizovanog kriminala povezana sa krijumčarenjem i neovlaštenim prometom velikih količina opojnih
droga, kao i nedozvoljenog prometa oružja, voje opreme i proizvoda dvojne namjene. Prema prikupljenim dokazima, osumnjičena lica koja su pod istragom povezana su sa organizovanim kriminalnim grupama iz zemalja regiona – navode iz Tužilaštva.

Meta akcija je veći broj osumnjičenih koji su pod istragom i sumnjiče se da su imali podijeljene uloge u počinjenju teških krivičnih djela, sa ostvarivanjem velike nezakonite imovinske koristi.

Tokom akcije, zaplijenjena je i veća količina opojne droge, a na području Foče, zaplijenjena je i specijalna oprema namijenjena proizvodnji narkotika.

Iz Tužilaštva ističu da su ove aktivnosti nastavak odlučne borbe protiv organizovanih struktura narko-kriminala, koje djeluju u BiH i zemljama regiona, a u okviru akcije, kao i da je ostvarena je značajna međunarodna saradnja.

– Među osumnjičenim licima ima i ovlaštenih službenih lica, koja se sumnjiče za pružanje podrške pripadnicima organizovanih kriminalnih grupa. U interesu istrage, tužilaštvo u ovom trenutku ne može saopštiti više detalja, a više informacija bit će dostupno u narednim danima.
