DF poziva Čovića da pred Schmidtom čitaju presude EU suda: Gdje se navodi legitimno predstavljanje naroda?
Iz Demokratske fronte danas u pozvali HDZBiH da pred visokim predstavnikom Christianom Schmidtom “zajedno čitaju presude EU suda i utvrde postoji li legitimno predstavljanje naroda”.
– S obzirom na tvrdnje predsjednika HDZ-a Dragana Čovića, da će kako je danas kazao, do kraja godine osigurati legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda, pozivamo HDZ i Dragana Čovića, da pred međunarodnim zvaničnicima, na koje se često poziva, za istim stolom, zajedno prođemo kroz sve presude Evropskog suda za ljudska prava, te da utvrdimo da li u tim presudama uopće postoji bilo kakvo legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda.
Mi, u Demokratskoj fronti, smo u više navrata čitali sve presude Evropskog suda za ljudska prava i nismo naišli na to da presude pominju legitimno predstavljanje konstitutivnih naroda, stoga i upravo zato smatramo da nešto što ne postoji ne može biti osnov za djelomične izmjene Ustava i Izbornog zakona BiH – saopćeno je iz DF-a.
Poručuju da je ono na što su naišli, i to u više presuda Evropskog suda za ljudska prava, preporuka da se odbaci princip konstitutivnosti naroda, a na tim presudama bazira se i Mišljenje Evropske komisije.
– Međutim, mi u DF-u smatramo da HDZ i Dragan Čović ne bi trebali propustiti priliku da pred međunarodnim zvaničnicima i predstavnicima svih parlamentarnih stranka, dokažu postojanje tzv. legitimnog predstavljanja konstitutivnih naroda. Uvjereni smo da će HDZ i Dragan Čović poslušati savjet visokog predstavnika u BiH Christiana Schmidta koji je poručio, citiramo – da je za rješavanje svih problema potrebno da političari ostanu za istim stolom, čak i kada je teško.
Ukoliko HDZ i Dragan Čović uvaže ove riječi visokog predstavnika, bit će to dobra prilika da uz prisustvo predstavnika parlamentarnih stranaka i predstavnika međunarodne zajednice, konačno, a i zbog šire javnosti, interesa svih građana i naroda, svi zajedno utvrdimo ko govori istinu, a ko pokušava obmanuti javnost. Neka HDZ i Dragan Čović pokažu više hrabrosti u suočavanju sa istinom – navodi se na kraju saopćenja DF-a.
