Direktor OSA-e Mehmedagić napustio pritvorsku jedinicu Suda BiH
Osman Mehmedagić, direktor Obavještajno-sigurnosne agencije (OSA) BiH, napustio je prije nekoliko trenutaka pritvorske prostorije Suda Bosne i Hercegovine, nakon što je taj sud odbio prijedlog Tužilaštva biH da mu odredi pritvor.
Mehmedagić je u pritvoru proveo prethodnih 48 sati, nakon što su ga prekjučer uhapsili pripadnici MUP-a Kantona Sarajevo, koji su ga potom predali Tužilaštvu BiH.
Tužilaštvo BiH tražilo je pritvor za direktora OSA-e zbog, kako su naveli, opasnosti da bi boravkom na slobodi mogao ometati istragu, kao i navodne opasnosti da bi njegovo puštanje rezultiralo uznemirenjem javnosti.
Odbrana Mehmedagića na jutrošnjem ročištu u Sudu BiH usprotivila se tom prijedlogu, nazvavši proces protiv njega političkom hajkom kako bi bio sklonjen s pozicije koju obavlja, a njegovo hapšenje potpuno nezakonitim.
Umjesto pritvora, Sud je donio odluku kojom se Mehmedagiću umjesto pritvora određju mjere zabrane međusobnog kontaktiranja na bilo koji način sa drugim osumnjičenim osobama Denisom Prcićem, Melisom Belkić-Mujkanović, Emirom Mujkanovićem.
Također, zabranjuje mu se kontaktiranje sa svjedocima Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine u ovom krivičnom predmetu, uključujući i približavanje na udaljenosti od 50 metara, te svaki kontakt i razgovor o predmetu sa bilo kojom osobom osim sa braniocima.
