Dodik: Nakon Ustavnog suda, zabraniti ćemo rad SIPA-e i Tužilaštva

Narodna skupština RS usvojila je dnevni red Posebne sjednice na kojoj raspravlja o Prijedlogu zakona o neprimjenjivanju odluka Ustavnog suda BiH u RS.


Sjednici prisustvuju predsjednik RS Milorad Dodik i predsjedavajuća Predsjedništva BiH Željka Cvijanović.

Predloženim zakonom propisuje se da se odluke Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine neće objavljivati, primjenjivati i izvršavati na teritoriji Republike Srpske. Jedan od članova Prijedloga zakona propisjuje da se osobe koje su dužne da postupaju po odredbama ovog zakona izuzimaju od krivične odgovornosti propisane krivičnim zakonodavstvom BiH u pogledu krivičnih djela u vezi sa izvršenjem ovog zakona i bit će zaštićena od institucija RS.

Prisutnima se obratio i predlagač Milorad Dodik koji je Ustavni sud BiH nazvao navijačkim i inkvizicijskim.

– Prvi put sada djelujemo putem zakona. Vjerovatno naredna mjera je zabrana djelovanja SIPA-e, Suda BiH i Tužilaštva BiH na teritoriji RS. Ja ću ponovo predložiti i te zakone, naveo je Dodik.

Iz OHR-a su ranije naveli da napadi na ustavni poredak Bosne i Hercegovine predstavljaju ozbiljno kršenje Općeg okvirnog sporazuma za mir, a time i samog mira i stabilnosti.

– Politički pritisak iz RS na Ustavni sud Bosne i Hercegovine je neustavan i bez pravnog uporišta. Sud je krajnji arbitar Ustava BiH. Entiteti nemaju ni pravo niti ovlaštenje da ga ucjenjuju ili kontroliraju njegov rad – naveli su u reakciji.
