Dodik: Za šest mjeseci proglasit ćemo nezavisnost RS-a

Član Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine Milorad Dodik izjavio je da će predložiti da entitet Republika Srpska “povuče saglasnost” sa ranije datih sporazuma o vojsci i indirektnim porezima, te da u roku od nekoliko mjeseci formira vojsku i zabrani rad Sudu i Tužilaštvu BiH na teritoriji RS-a.

“Ako Ustavni sud kaže da je praksa koju je on sam stvorio osnova za donošenje rješenja, mi nemamo ovdje šta da tražimo. Oni mogu da naprave kakvu hoće praksu i to je sve podvala Srbima od EU i Amerike kako treba da poštujemo Ustavni sud i BiH”, rekao je Dodik novinarima u Kozarskoj Dubici.

Dodik je naveo da u prvoj fazi Republika Srpska treba da odbaci sve što su nametnuli visoki predstavnik i Ustavni sud BiH.

“Republika Srpska će u prvoj fazi povući i poništiti sve, povući ćemo našu saglasnost sa ranije datih sporazuma kao što je sporazum o vojsci i indirektnim porezima. U roku od tri, četiri ili pet mjeseci, to je moj prijedlog i nadam se da će biti podržan, treba da formiramo našu vojsku i izađemo iz koncepta koji se zove Oružane snage, zabranimo Sudu i Tužilaštvu da djeluje na prostoru RS-a i pravosuđe stavimo u ingerenciju parlamenta RS-a”, rekao je Dodik.

Dodik je ponovio svoje tvrdnje da Ustavni sud, kao ni Parlamentarna skupština BiH “nemaju nikakve nadležnosti nad šumama i da to nigdje ne piše u Dejtonskom sporazumu”.

U izjavi novinarima Dodik je zahvalio opoziciji što je “podržala da se održi vanredna sjednica parlamenta Republike Srpske”.

“Pokušat ćemo da dođemo do usaglašenih stavova. Moji stavovi će biti radikalni. Tražit ću da se odbiju sve odluke koje je nametnuo visoki predstavnik, da se vratimo na izvorni Dejton i, ako to ne bude tako, u narednih šest mjeseci vratimo u Skupštinu i proglasimo nezavisnost”, zaključio je Dodik.
