Dom zdravlja u Gradačcu odbio da preveze dijalizne pacijente u Odžak

Dom zdravlja u Gradačcu jutros je odbio da preveze šest dijaliznih pacijenata na dijalizu u DC u Odžaku.

Ovu informaciju potvrdio nam je Tomislav Žuljević, predsjednik Udruženja dijaliznih i transplantiranih bolesnika FBiH, dodajući da ga je o tome jutros obavijestio Rahman Hasenić, jedan od šest pacijenata iz Gradačca koji na dijalizu u Odžak putuje dvije godine.

Hasenić mi je rekao da će se oni, bez obzira na takvu odluku Doma zdravlja u Gradačcu, sami organizirati i oko 11.45 sati privatnim vozilima krenuti put Odžaka. Bit ću iskren i reći da je u ovom trenutku u najtežoj situaciji dr. Želimir Stipančić, šef DC u Odžaku koji s jedne strane ima ljudsku i moralnu obavezu da uključi pacijente zbog njihove sigurnosti, jer ne smiju preskočiti dijalizu, a s druge strane ima naredbu direktora Kantonalne bolnice u Orašju, Perice Jelečevića, da to ne smije uraditi – kaže Žuljević.

Navodi kako je do sada u bezbroj navrata pokušavao razgovarati sa Jelečevićem, ali da se direktor Kantonalne bolnice u Orašju nikada nije udostojio odgovoriti na njegove pozive.

– Mi kao Udruženje radimo sve što je u našj moći, faktički obavljamo ulogu nekih drugih institucija koje bi se trebale pobrinuti za ove pacijente, jer oni ne smiju ostati bez dijalize i moraju se dijalizirati tamo gdje im je to najbliže. Dijalizni pacijenti prave isti trošak bilo gdje da se dijaliziraju i sve to snosi Federalni fond solidarnosti. Osim toga, na tu cijenu nadležni iz Tuzlanskog kantona daju još po 35 KM za svakog od bolesnika, što je tri puta više od njihovog stvarnog troška koji naprave. No, Jelečević ne pristaje ni na to – naglašava Žuljević.

Ističe kako direktor Kantonalne bolnice u Orašju “tjera” inat preko života najtežih bolesnika.

– Da li je u pitanju vraćanje nekakvih starih dugova, da li se radi samo o novcu ili je u pitanju i politika, to očigledno zna samo Jelečević. Mi kao Udruženje ne želimo ulaziti u to, nama su najvažniji ti ljudi, njihovi životi i zdravlje. Pratit ćemo šta će se danas dešavati u Odžaku. Ukoliko bolesnici budu imali problema, Udruženje će podići sve dijalizne pacijente iz Federacije BiH koji će doći ispred Kantonalne bolnicu u Orašju i tražiti osnovna ljudska prava za naše kolege iz Gradačca, a to je pravo na liječenje, odnosno dijaliziranje – poručio je Žuljević.

Prema riječima Hasenića on je jutros zatražio od direktorice Doma zdravlja u Gradačcu da dijaliznim pacijentima napismeno da papir kojim ih ova zdravstvena ustanova odbija danas prevesti u DC Odžak.

– Mi ćemo se danas samoorganizirati i krenuti u Odžak. Tamo bismo trebali biti oko 12.30 sati. Šta će nas tamo dočekati vidjet ćemo – kazao je Hasenić.

Podsjetimo, godinama teški bubrežni bolesnici, stopostotni invalidi iz Gradačca, vode borbu sa direktorom Kantonalne bolnice u Orašju Pericom Jelečevićem, koji ih se po svaku cijenu želi riješiti i prebaciti ih u Dijalizni centar u Gračanici. Takvu svoju odluku Jelečević “pravda nerentabilnošću i velikim ekonomskim i finansijskim gubicima”, koja, kako navode iz Udruženja dijaliznih i transplantiranih bolesnika Federacije BiH, uopće ne stoji.
