Donesena odluka o postupanju sa grbom, zastavom i himnom BiH

Zamjenica predsjedavajućeg Vijeća ministara i ministrica vanjskih poslova BiH Bisera Turković potpisala je odluku kojom se regulira i bliže uređuje način postupanja zaposlenih u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova BiH i diplomatsko-konzularnim predstavništvima BiH, shodno Zakonu o grbu BiH, Zakonu o zastavi BiH i Zakonu o državnoj himni BiH.

MVP BiH i DKP BiH upotrebljavaju grb, zastavu i državnu himnu Bosne i Hercegovine u skladu sa zakonima Bosne i Hercegovine, vodeći računa o zakonima, drugim propisima, praksom i postojećim prilikama u državi prijema.

Svi zaposleni u MVP BiH i DKP BiH obavezni su bez odlaganja obavijestiti pomoćnika ministra za opće poslove i načelnika Odjela za diplomatski protokol u MVP BiH, odnosno šefa DKP BiH pisanim putem ukoliko uoče fizički ili drugi nedostatak na grbu ili zastavi Bosne i Hercegovine koji su javno upotrijebljeni, istaknuti ili izloženi od strane MVP BiH ili DKP BiH, odnosno ukoliko uoče da su grb ili zastava izgledom nepodobni za upotrebu ili nisu podesni za javno izlaganje – propisano je, između ostalog odlukom.

Također, propisuje se i reakcija u slučaju saznanja “da su grb ili zastava Bosne i Hercegovine javno upotrijebljeni, istaknuti ili izloženi od strane MVP BiH ili DKP BiH na način protivan odredbama Zakona o grbu Bosne i Hercegovine ili Zakona o zastavi Bosne i Hercegovine”, ili je “državna himna Bosne i Hercegovine izvedena na način protivan odredbama Zakona.”

Pomoćnik ministra za opće poslove u MVP BiH i šef DKP BiH obavezni su, po sopstvenom saznanju ili po prijemu obavijesti od strane zaposlenih u MVP BiH ili DKP BiH, bez odlaganja pokrenuti proceduru zamjene grba ili zastave Bosne i Hercegovine koji su svojim izgledom nepodobni za upotrebu ili nisu podesni za javno izlaganje od strane MVP BiH ili DKP BiH.

Šef DKP BiH obavezan je, po sopstvenom saznanju ili po prijemu obavijesti od strane zaposlenih u DKP BiH, bez odlaganja obavijestiti ministra vanjskih poslova Bosne i Hercegovine pisanim putem: o saznanju da su grb ili zastava Bosne i Hercegovine javno upotrijebljeni, istaknuti ili izloženi na način protivan odredbama Zakona o grbu Bosne i Hercegovine ili Zakona o zastavi Bosne i Hercegovine tokom bilateralnih ili multilateralnih susreta, takmičenja ili drugih skupova koje organizuje država prijema, strana diplomatsko-konzularna predstavništva ili međunarodne organizacije akreditovane u državi prijema, odnosno ukoliko je država prijema, strano diplomatsko-konzularno predstavništvo ili međunarodna organizacija propustila istaknuti zastavu Bosne i Hercegovine tokom takvih susreta ili skupova, ili je zastavu Bosne i Hercegovine istaknula zajedno sa drugim zastavama iz Bosne i Hercegovine – navedeno je između ostalog u odluci.

Nepoštivanje odredbi ove Odluke podliježe prekršajnoj i disciplinskoj odgovornosti u skladu sa zakonom i pravilnicima, saopštila je ministrica Turković.
