Drugačija statistika: Broj trenutno zaraženih mijenja percepciju o koronavirusu
U Narodnoj Republici Kini do danas je zaraženo više od 80.800 osoba. Od tog broja, njih više od 3.200 je umrlo, ali je zato više od 69.600 osoba uspješno oporavljeno. To znači da je ukupan broj trenutno zaraženih nešto veći od 8.000. Uzmimo taj broj i uporedimo ga s drugim zemljama.Kina, zemlja iz koje je najvjerovatnije potekao novi koronavirus, proteklih nekoliko dana kao da “odmara” od crne statistike koja ju je stavljala u fokus svjetskih medija od samog početka godine. Tu ulogu je nažalost preuzela Evropa, a najmnogoljudnija država na planeti bilježi relativnu stagnaciju po brojevima novozaraženih i umrlih.
Prema posljednjim podacima relevantnih statističkih agencija, ukupan broj oboljelih, uključujući izliječene, umrle i one koji su još uvijek nositelji virusa je 80.894. Umrlo je 3.237 osoba, a oporavilo se njih 69.614.
Također, u Kini je od posljednjeg izvještaja umrlo samo 11 osoba, a njih 13 je zaraženo.
Matematika je u slučaju koronavirusa na svu sreću jednostavna pa lako možemo doći do zaključka da se kineski ljekari, sestre i tehničari trenutno brinu o 8.043 pacijenta. Od tog broja, njih 2.622 je kritično.
To je dobra vijest za Kinu, ali poredeći ove brojeve sa statistikom u Italiji, shvatit ćemo razmjer problema koji zemlja s druge strane Jadrana trenutno pokušava riješiti. Naime, Italija je do sada registrovala 31.506 slučajeva, a od tog broja njih 2.503 je umrlo, a 2.941 se oporavilo.
To znači da su u Italiji trenutno zaražene 26.062 osobe, a od toga je njih 2.060 u kritičnom stanju.
I tu dolazimo do relevantne statistike koju osjete medicinski radnici na terenu – broja trenutno zaraženih osoba. Italija je, dakle, na prvom mjestu. Ko je na drugom, trećem…?
Španski medicinski radnici imaju drugi najveći teret i jedan od najvećih postotaka trenutno zaraženih u odnosu na ukupno zaražene. Od 11.826 inficiranih, njih 10.265 je u bolnicma ili na kućnom liječenju.
Iran je na trećem mjestu – od 16.169 ukupno zaraženih, čak 9.792 je u bolnicama ili na kućnom liječenju. Njemačka je četvrta zemlja po broju aktivno zaraženih i ima ih 9.274. Prisjetimo se da prema posljednjim podacima broj ukupno zaraženih u najrazvijenijoj zemlji Evrope iznosi 9.367.
Kina je na petom mjestu, a slijede Francuska, Južna Koreja i Sjedinjene Američke Države. Sve tri imaju između 6.300 i 7.000 aktivno oboljelih osoba. Švicarska je na devetom mjestu sa 2.700 aktivno zaraženih, a na desetom mjestu je Velika Britanija sa 1.814.
U cijelom svijetu, do momenta pisanja ovog članka, ukupno je zaraženo 198.741 osoba, njih 7.989 je umrlo, a 82.779 se uspješno oporavilo. To znači da je u svim državama više od 107.000 (živih) osoba za koje je potvrđeno da u sebi imaju koronavirus.
