Ðukanović: Obnovljena opasnost destabilizacije Zapadnog Balkana

Predsjednik Crne Gore je u Ujedinjenim narodima upozorio na obnovljenu opasnost destabilizacije regije i ‘sužavanje horizonta njegove evropske perspektive’.

Uprkos brojnim izazovima, Crna Gora ostaje odlučna da brani građansku, inkluzivnu, multietničku i evropsku demokratiju i da bude dokaz da je multietnička demokratija na Balkanu moguća te da je jedini garant prosperiteta, poručio je predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Ðukanović.

U govoru na Generalnoj skupštini Ujedinjenih naroda je upozorio na obnovljenu opasnost destabilizacije Zapadnog Balkana i, kako je kazao, sužavanje horizonta njegove evropske perspektive, prenosi Tanjug, pozivajući se na Radio-televiziju Crne Gore.

Ðukanovic je na generalnoj debati 76. zasjedanja Generalne skupštine UN-a u New Yorku naveo da je Crna Gora istrajavala i gradila bolju budućnosti za sve građane na temeljima jednakosti i bez diskriminacije.

“Gradila je i nastavlja da gradi odnose povjerenja i saradnje sa svojim susjedima. Bila je, kako su to najviši zvaničnici naših domaćina govorili, oaza mira na Balkanu u ratnim 90-im. Kao kontributor regionalne bezbjednosti, postala je članica NATO-a i lider je u procesu evropskih integracija”, naglasio je predsjednik Crne Gore.

Teško breme prošlosti

Danas, dodao je, uprkos brojnim izazovima, Crna Gora ostaje odlučna da brani građansku, inkluzivnu, multietničku i evropsku demokratiju i da bude dokaz da je multietnička demokratija na Balkanu moguća i da je jedini garant prosperiteta.

Kazao je da će Crna Gora ostati odana takvom opredjeljenju i “snažno predana vrijednostima multilateralizma, prijateljskoj i otvorenoj saradnji, daljoj demokratskoj konsolidaciji i jačanju vladavine prava, što će, između ostalog, voditi i snaženju partnerstva sa Svjetskom organizacijom”.

Crna Gora je, podsjetio je Ðukanović, ove godine obilježila 15 godina od obnove nezavisnosti i vremena kada se crnogorska zastava prvi put zavijorila na East Riveru.

“Prešli smo zahtjevan put od čina prijema, koji je bio najšira potvrda priznanja obnovljene državnosti, pozicioniranja Crne Gore na glavnim pravcima djelovanja UN-a i ključnih vanjsko-političkih partnera, do današnje vidljivosti, prepoznatljivosti i afirmisanosti koji daleko prevazilaze veličinu zemlje”, rekao je Ðukanović.

Dodao je da taj put nikada nije bio jednostavan, “posebno ne na Balkanu, koji je bremenit prošlošću”.

“Ni danas ne prestaje da bude mjesto sučeljavanja suprotstavljenih interesa, geostrateških nadmetanja, vječiti predmet brige različitih međunarodnih aktera, ali ne uvijek i potrebne i blagovremene pažnje”, kazao je Ðukanović.

Neophodnost snažnog liderstva

Naveo je da izazovi i prijetnje multietničkoj demokratiji na Balkanu ni danas nisu manji.

“Zapadni Balkan je opet poprište sukobljenih geopolitičkih interesa, čija je posljedica usporavanje integracije zapadnobalkanskih društava u svoje prirodno evropsko okruženje, podrivanje povjerenja i kašnjenje u usvajanju evropskih vrijednosti”, istakao je Ðukanović.

Prema njegovim riječima, ta konfuzija ne dovodi samo do zastoja i daljeg zaostajanja u razvoju ove evropske regije, nego i otvara prostor za restauraciju destruktivnih teorija kako zbog zaostalosti ova regija ne može živjeti kao multietnička i multivjerska zajednica, niti osigurati funkcionalnost država.

“Takva iskonstruisana teza se posebno želi imputirati Bosni i Hercegovini, ali i drugim manjim državama regiona, da bi se stvorio alibi za obnovu velikodržavnih nacionalističkih projekata koji su 90-ih doveli do rata na ovom prostoru, sa blizu 150.000 ljudskih žrtava”, naveo je Ðukanović.

Rekao je da nije posustala odlučnost da se ovakvim retrogradnim i opasnim idejama Crna Gora suprotstavi.

“Zato i danas sa ovog mjesta Crna Gora upozorava na obnovljenu opasnost destabilizacije Zapadnog Balkana i sužavanje horizonta njegove evropske perspektive”, istakao je Ðukanović, ukazujući da ogromni problemi i krize, koji se samo multipliciraju, traže snažno liderstvo.IZVOR: AGENCIJE
