“Zato pozdravljam ovu odluku Skupštine Crne Gore i doživljavam je kao iskren i prijateljski čin”, poručio je.
Džaferović kaže da je prihvatanje činjenica utvrđenih u presudama Međunarodnog suda pravde i Haškog krivičnog tribunala jedini ispravan put u sagledavanju prošlosti, a suočavanje sa istinom i prihvatanje pravde jeste nužan uslov izgradnje trajnog mira i zdravih odnosa.
Podsjetimo, Skupština Crne Gore je večeras izglasalo Rezoluciju o genocidu u Srebrenici kojom se najoštrije osuđuje genocid, potvrđuje da je u genocidu stradalo preko osam hiljada civila bošnjačke nacionalnosti, zabranjuje javno negiranje postojanja ili umanjenje genocida u Srebrenici, te se njome proglašava 11. juli Danom sjećanja na žrtve Srebrenice.
