Džaferović u Briselu: Kandidatski status za BiH kao geostrateška odluka

Predsjedavajući Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine (BiH) Šefik Džaferović, u okviru službene posjete institucijama Evropske unije (EU) u Briselu, sastao se s predsjednikom Evropskog vijeća Charlesom Michelom s kojim je razgovarao o više pitanja važnih za odnose BiH i EU.

Džaferović je u izjavi nakon sastanka kazao da je s Michelom razgovarao o brojnim važnim pitanjima koja se tiču BiH.

– Ovo je za mene vrlo važan sastanak. Važan sastanak za moju zemlju, za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, jer smo razgovarali s prvim čovjekom Evropske unije o pitanjima koja se tiču Bosne i Hercegovine i odnosa Bosne i Hercegovine i Evropske unije. Prva tema koja se u ovom trenutku na svim sastancima mora razmatrati je pitanje ruske agresije na Ukrajinu i odnosa Bosne i Hercegovine prema tom pitanju. Michela sam upoznao sa stavovima Bosne i Hercegovine. Oni su njemu također poznati. Bosna i Hercegovina se svrstala u civilizirani dio svijeta, dio svijeta koji je osudio rusku agresiju na Ukrajinu, dio svijeta koji poštuje suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Ukrajine i dio svijeta koji se pridružuje restriktivnim mjerama, rezolucijama Generalne skupštine Ujedinjenih naroda i stavovima Evropske komisije – kazao je Džaferović.

Istakao je kako je na sastanku razgovarano i o situaciji unutar BiH.

– Situacija u Bosni i Hercegovini nije dobra. Institucije Bosne i Hercegovine su blokirane, vlasti bosanskohercegovačkog entiteta Republike Srpske poduzimaju mjere kako bi se urušile reforme koje smo mukotrpno gradili 27 godina u Bosni i Hercegovini. Zamolio sam za podršku da se uz pomoć Evropske unije i djelovanja Evropske unije retrogradne odluke Skupštine RS-a stave van snage i da se pomogne Bosni i Hercegovini kroz djelovanje Evropske unije kako bi se deblokirale institucije i Bosna i Hercegovina normalno funkcionirala – rekao je Džaferović.

Kako je kazao, s Michelom je razgovarao i o međunarodnom vojnom prisustvu u Bosni i Hercegovini.

– Rekao sam da je potrebno osnažiti EUFOR, jer bolje je zlo spriječiti nego ga kasnije liječiti, bolje je požar spriječiti nego ga gasiti. Sama činjenica da je došlo do povećanja snaga EUFOR-a u Bosni i Hercegovini, kapaciteta te misije, je samo po sebi značajno stabiliziralo stanje u mojoj zemlji. Mislim da će snaženje i jačanje EUFOR-a dodatno stabilizirati sigurnosne prilike u Bosni i Hercegovini – dodao je Džaferović.

Na sastanku s predsjednikom Evropskog vijeća bilo je riječi i o ukupnom djelovanju međunarodne zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini.

– Mislim da međunarodna zajednica treba odlučnije da djeluje u Bosni i Hercegovini. Razgovarali smo i o ustavnim i izbornim reformama unutar Bosne i Hercegovine i izborima koji se trebaju održati ove godine. To su teme o kojima smo ja i Michel razgovarali. Još jednom mu se zahvaljujem za vrlo iskren i prijateljski sastanak – naveo je.

Džaferović je istakao da će tokom posjete održati i sastanak s predsjednicom Evropske komisije Ursulom van der Leyen.

– Na sastanku s Michelom sam razgovarao i o pitanju evropskog puta Bosne i Hercegovine i našeg kandidatskog statusa. O svim ovim pitanjima ću razgovarati i s predsjednicom Evropske komisije i moja posebna molba najodgovornijim ljudima Evropske unije je da se založe da se Bosni i Hercegovini dodijeli kandidatski status. Znam da Bosna i Hercegovina, nažalost, zbog destruktivnih snaga, nije ispunila uvjete iz četrnaest prioriteta. Oboreni su i neki zakoni, Zakon o Visokom sudskom i tužilačkom vijeću, Zakon o sukobu interesa, Zakon o javnim nabavkama, u Domu naroda državnog parlamenta protekle sedmice. Ali unatoč tome, imajući u vidu situaciju koja se dešava u Bosni i Hercegovini, s blokadom institucija, pokušajem urušavanja reformi, prijetnje koje postoje vezane za rusku agresiju na Ukrajinu, zamolio sam da se o Bosni i Hercegovini povede računa i da se u ovom trenutku i Bosni i Hercegovini dodijeli kandidatski status kao geostrateška i geopolitička odluka. To bi jako puno pomoglo Bosni i Hercegovini, to bi bio jako pozitivan signal za sve ljude u mojoj zemlji – kazao je Džaferović na kraju razgovora.
