Egzistencija “Gradačačke pijace” dovedena u pitanje?!
Društvo „NOVA PIJACA“ d.o.o. Gradačac obratilo se Gradu Gradačac, Gradonačelniku, nadležnoj gradskoj službi i svim klubovima Gradskog vijeća da se očituju po pitanju spornog Zaključka o raspisivanju javnog poziva putem licitacije za izdavanje zemljišta koje je trenutno dato u zakup društvu „NOVA PIJACA“ d.o.o. Gradačac, a na kojoj se nalazi gradačačka pijaca u Porebricama.
-U više navrata pokušali smo objasniti fatalne posljedice do kojih bi eventualno provođenje Zaključka dovelo, što bi u krajnjem uzrokovalo prestanak postojanja pijace u Porebricama. Obzirom na rok do kojeg se Zaključak mora sprovesti, obratili smo se Gradu Gradačac i gore navedenim sa zahtjevom da se Zaključak i sprovede, što bi Društvu dalo mogućnost za poduzimanje pravnih radnji u cilju zaštite pijace i trgovaca koji obavljaju registrovanu djelatnost na istoj. Egzistiranje pijace u Porebricama bi trebalo da bude u interesu ne samo „NOVE PIJACE“ d.o.o., trgovaca i kupaca koji redovno posjećuju gradačačku pijacu u Porebricama , već i Grada Gradačac obzirom na činjenicu da su za 16 godina koliko postoji pijaca po prvi put izmirene sve dosadašnje obaveze prema istom od strane društva „NOVA PIJACA“ d.o.o. Gradačac. – navodi se u mejlu koji je poslat Gradačačkom glasu.
