Elektroprivreda BiH dužnicima neće isključivati struju tokom vanrednog stanja
Elektroprivreda BiH ulaže maksimalne napore da svoje aktivnosti uskladi s preporukama nadležnih organa u FBiH i kantonima, a da pri tome ne ugrozi stabilnost elektroenergetskog sistema i snabdijevanje kupaca električnom energijom. U toku proglašenog stanja nesreće neće biti obustave isporuke električne energije po osnovu dugovanja.Elektroprivreda BiH vršit će obračune i naplatu utrošene električne energije u narednom periodu kako bi zadržala stabilnost elektroenergetskog sektora. U narednom periodu bit će razmotrena zakonska mogućnost da se u vremenu trajanja proglašenog stanja nesreće ne obračunava i ne naplaćuje zakonska zatezna kamata.
Rad naplatnih mjesta se usklađuje s preporukama Vlade FBiH i nadležnih kriznih štabova, sve s ciljem prevencije širenja koronavirusa. Elektroprivreda BiH će u slučaju zatvaranja pojedinih naplatnih mjesta razmotriti opciju plaćanja računa na drugim naplatnim mjestima, a bez provizije, te razmotriti druge predviđene načine.
Elektroprivreda BiH pažljivo prati razvoj trenutne situacije i u narednom periodu će preduzimati konkretne mjere s ciljem pomoći onim kupcima, što podrazumijeva i pravne i fizičke osobe, kojima je usljed novonastale situacije otežano ili u potpunosti onemogućeno izvršenje ugovorenih obaveza.
