Europarlamentarci: Ne treba više razgovarati sa Dodikom, on mora otići
Stanje na Zapadnom Balkanu je opasno i eksplozivno, kazao je Andreas Schieder, član Evropskog parlamenta tokom razmatranja stanja u Bosni i Hercegovini na zasjedanju u Strazburu.
– Ruska agresija je nešto o čemu razgovaramo tokom cijele sedmice i to je nešto što se vrlo lahko može preliti na Zapadni Balkan, a onaj ko je kriv za to je Milorad Dodik koji zapravo daje sve od sebe kako bi malo po malo uništio BiH i doveo do njenog raspada. Upravo zato trebamo se više angažirati i ne samo prijetiti sankcijama Dodiku već ih i donijeti. Tu EU mora nastupiti daleko složnije, i Mađarska i Hrvatska se trebaju uključiti i mi kao EU konačno moramo ispuniti obećanje koje smo dali Zapadnom Balkanu što se tiče provedbe reforme, moramo im dati evropsku perspektivu nakon provedbe reformi – zaključio je Schieder.
Thomas Waitz je kazao kako je direktan ruski utjecaj na odlučivanje u Srbiji i u RS-u i da to dovodi do etničke segregacije.
– Moramo govoriti o reformi izbornog zakona nakon presude Ustavnog suda i moramo garađanima osigurati da imaju pravične i nepristrasne izbore, moramo staviti bužet na sto i poslati promatrače kako bi se takvi izboru osigurali u BiH i to je naš prioritet – kazao je Thomas Waitz, potpredsjednik Evropske zelene partije.
Paul Rangel istakao je kako je u Evropi trenutno “najdramatičnija situacija nakon Drugog svjetskog rata”.
– Ne smijemo zaboraviti balkanske ratove. Danas je Dejtonski sporazum pod prijetnjom zbog ekstremističkih prijetnji i stranog uplita. Mir, stabilnost i cjelovitost BiH je na kocki. Ne možemo dopustiti da sukob Rusije i Ukrajine dovede do negativnih uticaja u ovoj regiji. Trebam zbog toga krenuti sa sankcijama protiv onih koji rad protiv Ustava BiH – naveo je Paul Rangel.
Dietmar Kostner, zastupnik u EP-u, također je pozvao na sankcije Dodiku.
– Dodik djeluje protivustavno i to će dovesti do sukoba i uništenja državnih institucija. Dodik tvrdi da je neutralan, a praktično podržava Putina. On sarađuje s Moskvom, a Moskvi je u interesu destabilizirati BiH. Došao je trenutak da EU sankcioniše Dodika i stane iza suvereniteta i teritorijalnog integriteta BiH – kazao je Kostner.
Europarlamentarac Romeo Franz je naveo kako je Milorad Dodik najveći saveznik Rusije i da on i drugi zastupnici “jako dugo traže sankcije protiv lidera SNSD-a”.
– Sramotno je što su neke zemlje blokirale sankcije Dodiku. Ne treba se više razgovarati sa Dodikom, on mora otići. Putin i njemu slični najviše sa boje demokratije i zato moramo osnažiti demokratske snage u BiH i na Zapadnom Balkanu – istakao je Franca.
Bosni i Hercegovini je mjesto u Evropskoj uniji, a EU mora osuditi poteze koji potkopavaju vlasti, kao što je blokada državnih instuticija, izjavio je član Kluba zastupnika Progresivnog saveza socijalista i demokrata u Evropskom parlamentu Tonino Picula.
Picula je naglasio da je situacija u BiH posebno važna u kotekstu ruske agresije na Ukrajinu.
Kazao je da su se blokade i sankcije pokazale kao najbolje kada se ne može postići konsenzus.
– Mi ne možemo tražiti od BiH da poštuje EU sudove ako ne poštuje vlasitie sudove, a vidjeli smo da dolazi do blokada sudskih institucija – kazao je on.
– Trebamo osuditi poteze protiv države i uvesti restrikcije – kazao je Picula.
Također je naglasio kao problem veliki odlazak mladih u EU, ako jednu od ključnih demografskih problema u zemlji.
Postoji strah da će Putinovi saveznici izazvati sukobe u BiH, kazala je članica Evropskom parlamenta Tanja Fajon na današnjoj sjednici na kojoj se raspravljalo o situaciji u Bosni i Hercegovini.
– Svjedoci smo da je došlo do eskalacije nacionalističkih tendencija koje prijete miru u BiH. Nama su potrebni izaslanici mira a ne izaslanici rata – rekla je Fajon.
Podsjetila je da u EP-u postoje pozivi na sankcija protiv Milorada Dodika, ali vjerovatno neće biti konsenzusa jer se mađarski premijer Viktor Orban protivi ovakvim mjerama.
– Ono što je najvažnije da mi uradimo je da obezbijedimo održavanje fer izbora i omogućimo put BiH ka Evropskom uniji – zaključila je Fajon u svom obraćanju.
