Fadil Novalić na slobodi, Sud BiH odbio prijedlog Tužilaštva
Premijer Vlade Federacije BiH Fadil Novalić je napustio prostorije Suda BiH obzirom na to da su oni odbili prijedlog Tužilaštva BiH za određivanje jednomjesečnog pritvora.Još uvijek nije poznato šta je Sud odlučio u slučaju Fahrudina Solaka i Fikreta Hodžića.
Premijer je u srijedu navečer zajedno sa suspendovanim direktorom Federalne uprave civilne zaštite Fahrudinom Solakom i vlasnikom kompanije Srebrena malina Fikretom Hodžićem priveden u prostorije Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu na ispitivanje u vezi sa aferom “Respiratori”.
U poslijepodnevnim satima u petak SIPA ih je predala Tužilaštvu BiH koje je za sve trojicu predložilo jednomjesečni pritvor.
Sinoć je održano ročište koje je trajalo sedam sati, a na kojem je Tužilaštvo obrazložilo zbog čega je tražilo određivanje pritvora.
