Farmeri najavljuju loše vijesti: Litar mlijeka uskoro tri KM, ali zaradu nemamo mi, već trgovci i prerađivači
Cijena litre mlijeka će najvjerovatnije do kraja godine poskupjeti na tri KM, ako ne bude i skuplje, kaže za Faktor Ermin Veladžić, predsjednik Udruženja proizvođača mlijeka i mesa Unsko-sanskog kantona.
I tu nije kraj lošim vijestima za kupce jedne od najvažnijih životnih namirnica.
– Ide se prema tome da litar mlijeka košta kao litar goriva. Međutim, javnost mora znati da nisu farmeri ti koji dižu cijene. Evo primjera. Farmer za litar punomasnog mlijeka od 4,3 mliječne masti dobije maksimalno 85 feninga, dok je litar obranog mlijeka sa 2,8 mliječne masti oko 2,5 KM.
Kako su krenula ova poskupljenja, mlijeko je poskupjelo skoro 100 posto, u novcu za marku do 1,4 KM, a farmer dobije svega 15 feninga. Zarađuju trgovci i prerađivači – istakao je Veladžić.
Zbog svega navedenog, kao i konstantnog povećanja cijena stavki koji ulaze u proizvodnju, značajno se smanjuje broj farmera.
– Ljudi odustaju, ne isplati im se. Očekujemo da će do kraja ove i početkom naredne godine proizvodnja pasti i za 20 posto. A to će neminovno uz poskupljenja značiti i nestašicu. Država nije ništa poduzela da bi farmeri nastavili raditi i opstali. Tankamo gorivo u traktore i kombajne stare i po 20 godina po istoj cijeni kao i političari u luksuzne automobile koji imaju plaće pet-šest hiljada KM – kazao je Veladžić.
Problema ima i kada je u pitanju jesenja sjetva.
– Federalna vlast nije učinila ništa da bi se zasijalo više pšenice, imamo neka obećanja institucija u USK. Istina, podsticaji su redovni, ali u vrijeme galopirajuće inflacije oni ne mogu pokriti troškove farmera. To direktno utječe da imamo nestabilnu proizvodnju – podvukao je on.
