Finci: Ako smo tri izborna ciklusa imali po ovim pravilima, možemo i još jedan
Predsjednik Jevrejske zajednice u BiH Jakob Finci smatra da izbore 2022. godine treba održati po starim pravilima, a onda krenuti u izmjene Ustava i Izbornog zakona BiH.
On je nakon sastanka s Derekom Cholletom, višim političkim savjetnikom američkog državnog sekretara, reisu-l-ulemom Huseinomom ef. Kavazovićem i biskupom Tomom Vukšićem kazao da je u BiH uvijek dobro popiti kafu s prijateljima, pa čak i s onima s kojima se u potpunosti ne slažete, jer se uz kafu neki problemi riješe.
“Ovo je bio razgovor o tome kako vidimo situaciju u BiH i kako vidimo mogućnost naše zemlje, jer je očito da mi sami nemamo rješenje. Naš je problem što često stranci od nas očekuju prijedloge rješenja, a da mi imamo rješenja ne bismo došli u ovu situaciju. Pokazali su puno dobre volje da nam SAD pomogne i treba izaći na optimalan način kako pomoći BiH da izađe iz krize i da preživimo izbore 2022. godine i da u smirenoj atmosferi pristupimo izmjeni ustava i izbornog zakona. Ne možemo mijenjati izborni zakon koji je onda u suprotnosti s ustavom”, izjavio je.
Na pitanje hoće li biti Općih izbora naredne godine, Finci kaže da su se prema trenutnom izbornom zakonu održali izbori i 2010. i 2014. i 2018. godine.
“I nikome to nije smetalo. Ako smo prethodna tri izborna ciklusa mogli imati po tim pravilima, zašto ne imati i ove, a zatim na vrijeme raspravljati o promjenama. Mi imamo vremena do maja 2022. godine, a ne zaboravimo da idu praznici i godišnji. Nema puno vremena da se radi, pa je bolje ove izbore provesti po istim pravilima iako su u suprotnosti sa sudovima za ljudska prava. Kolega Sejdić i ja čekamo 12 godina i nismo dočekali implementaciju, pa možemo sačekati još 2-3 godine, da se sve napravi kako treba u miru, a ne u nekoj panici, iskopavajući skriveno oružje ili spremajući se za ne daj Bože nešto što smo jednom preživjeli”, poručio je.
