Foto/Izvršeni pretresi na 9 lokacija na području TK: Sedam osoba privedeno
Policijski službenici Uprave policije MUP-a TK-a su na osnovu naredbi Općinskih sudova, a po predhodno sačinjenom Operativnom planu, čiji je osnovni cilj sprovođenje zajedničkih policijskih mjera i radnji na sprečavanju, otkrivanju i hvatanju izvršilaca krivičnih djela iz oblasti zloupotrebe narkotičkih sredstava, nedozvoljenog držanja oružja i municije, krvnih i imovinskih delikata na području Tuzlanskog kantona, izvršili pretrese na ukupno 9 lokacija na području Tuzle, Živinica, Banovića, Kalesije, Gradačca, Gračanice i Lukavca.
Pretresom su pronađeni i oduzeti sljedeći predmeti: dvije lovačke puške, polu-automatska puška, pištolj cal 9 mm, 11 okvira za automasku pušku, 35 kom. municije 7,62 mm, 7,9 mm i 16 mm, jedna protiv pješadijska mina “Mrud“, bušilica, šest motornih pila, brusilica, veća količina pirotehničkih sredstava, lap top, muzička linija, mobilni telefon, kutija u kojoj se nalazila biljna materija koja svojim izgledom asocira na opojnu drogu. Četiri manja pvc. smotuljka u kojima se nalazila materija koja svojim izgledom asocira na opojnu drogu, dvije tablete „Suboxon“, digitalna vaga i dr.
Nakon završenih pretresa 7 lica su privedena u službene prostorije radi kriminalističke obrade, dok će nakon kompletiranja predmeta nadležnom Tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona biti podneseni Izvještaji protiv: H.Š. rođen 1996. godine, nastanjen na području općine Gradačac, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio dva krivična djela „Teška krađa“ iz čl. 287. KZ FBIH, S.D. rođen 1950. godine nastanjen na području općine Kalesije, zbog osnova sumnje da je počini krivično djelo „Nedozvoljeno držanje oružje ili eksplozivnih materija iz čl. 371.KZ FBiH, J.M. rođen 1988. godine nastanjen na području općine Banovići, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo iz čl. 72. Zakona o oružju i municiji TK-a, E.D. rođen 1995. godine iz Živinica, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo „Neovlaštena proizvodnja i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga“ iz čl. 238 KZ FBiH, F.S., rođen 1980. godine, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo „Neovlaštena proizvodnja i stavljanje u promet opojnih doga“ iz 238. KZ FBiH , E.J, rođen 1988. godine , nastanjen na području Grada Tuzle, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio dva krivična djela „Teška krađa“ i „Ugrožavanje javnog prometa opasnom radnjom iz čl. 334 KZ FBiH i Đ.E., zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio dva krivična djela „Lahka tjelesna povreda“ iz čl.173. KZ FBiH i „Ugrožavanje sigurnosti“ iz čl. 183. KZ FBiH, saopšteno je iz MUP-a TK.
Dok je lice A.DŽ. zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio dva krivična djela „Razbojništvo iz čl. 289. KZ FBiH, dana 23.12.2018. i 23.01.2019. godine nad kladionicom na području Tuzle, nakon kriminalističke obrade predato u nadležnost Kanatonalnog tužilaštva TK-a.
