Foto/Pretresi u Gradačcu: Policija oduzela zlato, novac…
Policijski službenici Uprave policije MUP TK (OKP PS Gradačac) su radeći na rasvjetljavanju i otkrivanju izvršioca krivičnog djela „Teška krađa“ „Krađa“ i „Ugrožavanje sigurnosti“ izvršena na području općine Gradačac i na području susjedni općina došli do operativni saznanja o mogućem počiniocima, a radi se o: M.D.., rođen 1967. godine, I.B., rođen 1995. godine i E.V., rođen 1997. godine, nastanjeni na području općine Gradačca.
˝Daljnjim operativnim radom na provjeri navedenih saznanja i rasvjetljavanju krivičnih djela, po odobrenju kantonalnog tužioca i Naredbi Općinskog suda Gradačac izvršeni su pretresi na četiri lokacije na području općine Gradačca.Prilikom pretresa porodičnih kuća i pomoćnih objekata koji koriste navedena lica pronađeni su i privremeno oduzeti predmeti i to: veća količina zlatnog nakita, mobilni telefoni, prehrambeni proizvodi, određena količina novca, dvije bušilice, tri ručna sata, foto aparat, dvije digitalne vage i dr. predmeti˝, saopšteno je iz MUP-a TK.
O izvršenim pretresima upoznat je kantonalni tužilac, dok će protiv M.D., I.B., i E.V. Kantonalnom tužilaštvu Tuzlanskog kantona biti podnešen Izvještaj zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinili krivično djelo „Teška krađa“ iz čl. 287 i „Krađa“ iz čl. 286 KZ FBiH.Policijski službenci nastavljaju daljnji rad na dokumentovanju ovih krivičnih djela, a M.D. će uz Izvještaj o učinjenom krivičnom djelu nadležnom Kantonalnom tužilaštvu TK-a biti predato na dalje postupanje.
