U izvještaju kojeg je Federalna uprava civilne zaštite predala Komisiji za sigurnost Parlamenta Federacije BiH nakon pokretanja istrage o aferi “Respiratori” na svjetlo dana izašle su mnoge sumnjive nabavke provedene u vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa.
Samo jedna u nizu je nabavka maski preko kompanije “Development Balkan Group”. Prema izvještaju, FUZC je sa ovom firmom sklopio ugovor 24. marta 2020. za nabavku 30.000 komada maski u vrijednosti od 759.096 KM, što znači da je cijena jedne koštala 25 KM.
Radi se o FFP2 respiratornim maskama. Usporedbe radi, tržišna vrijednost ovih maski je znatno manja, te se postavlja se pitanje zašto je Federalna uprava civilne zaštite odlučila nabaviti maske od kompanije “Development Balkan Group” po pet puta skupljoj cijeni.
Na društvenim mrežama već se javljaju ogorčeni građani koji imaju dokaze da se za 20 KM može kupiti čak 10 ovakvih maski.
Frma se bavi konsaltingom infrastrukturnih projekata, te nije jasno zašto je FUZC baš od nje nabavila maske ovog standarda.Također, “Development Balkan Group” nije čest učesnik niti pobjednik javnih nabavki.
Prema fotografijama sa Facebook stranice ove kompanije, direktor firme Erol Ramusović ima prijateljske veze sa zamjenikom ministra za promet i komunikacije BiH Nedžadom Brankovićem.
Njegovo ime bilo je na spisku osumnjičenih u predmetu “Zadruga”.
