“Gradačac live”: Pomoćnik načelnika Durmišević aminuje kriminal oko Pijace?
Prema saznanjima portala gradacac.live, dosadašnji zakupac pijace Porebrice, pravno lice Nova pijaca d.o.o. do danas duguje 13 mjesečnih zakupnina Gradu Gradačcu. Dakle, prema navodima portala zakupnina za prostor Pijace nije plaćena više od godinu dana i dug do danas sa PDV-om iznosi cca 380.000 KM???
U ugovoru izmedju Grada Gradačca i Nove pijace d.o.o. je jasno navedeno da ukoliko se ne izmire dvije mjesečne zakupnine da se Ugovor raskida. Zašto još uvijek pomoćnik načelnika i rukovodilac nadležne gradske službe Ferid Durmišević nije raskinuo ovaj ugovor, nikome nije poznato? Zašto se dozvoljava da Nova pijaca d.o.o. osim 50.000 m2 zemljišta u zakupu koje ne plaća, korisi i nelegalno još 10.000 m2 zemljišta proteklo vrijeme?
Ko omogućava nanošenje štete Gradu Gradačcu i nastoji produžiti aranžman sa firmom Nova pijaca d.o.o. i da li iza svega stoji “debeli” lični interes i korist, trebaju odgovoriti nadležni istražni organi.
