Gradačačka tvornica igračaka od drveta širi proizvodnju i upošljava

Jedna od uspješnih poslovnih priča u BiH jeste i tvornica igračaka od drveta Hasić-Drvo d.o.o. Gradačac koja zapošljava preko 140 radnika. Radi se o jedinoj tvornici u BiH koja proizvodi dječje igračke od specifičnih vrsta mekog drveta.

Značajna i ohrabrujuća je informacija, da pored 140 trenutno uposlenih radnika, ova firma namjerava proširiti kapacitete i zaposliti dodatni broj radnika.

“Svake godine proširujemo proizvodnu i skoro svaka tri mjeseca upošljavamo radnike. Proizvodimo preko 500 vrsta igračaka, a dodatnim proširenjem proizvodnje od Nove godine uvest ćemo još 20 novih modela igračaka”, kazao je vlasnik firme Bešir Hasić za portal Akta.ba.

Inače, firma Hasić-Drvo u potpunosti izvozi svoj proizvodni asortiman u zemlje Evropske unije, tako da je didaktičke igračke od drveta proizvedene u Zelinji Srednjoj moguće pronaći u specijalizovanim trgovinama širom svijeta, ali ne i u BiH.

Kao sirovinu koriste isključivo bh. drvo, uglavnom lipu s godišnjim utroškom od oko 1.500 kubika drveta. Od 2011. godine firma posjeduje i FSC certifikat kao znak zaštite i odgovornog ponašanja prema šumskim bogatstvima.

U sklopu posjeta privrednim subjektima firmu je nedavno posjetio i gradonačelnik Gradačca Edis Dervišagić, gdje se u razgovoru sa direktorom upoznao sa poslovanjem ove firme koja u Gradačcu radi od 1998. godine.

Tokom razgovora vlasnik firme je upoznao je goste sa procesom proizvodnje i stepenom organiziranosti ove firme.
