DOHA (AA) – Nakon što je nogometna reprezentacija Katara savladala Ujedinjene arapske emirate (UAE) i po prvi put se plasirala u finale Azijskog kupa, na hiljade građana ove azijske zemlje izašlo je na ulice glavnog grada Dohe kako bi proslavili historijski uspjeh svoga nacionalnog tima, javlja Anadolu Agency.
Naime, brojni građani su vozeći se u automobilima slavili na ulicama Dohe.
Okupljeni su u deliriju mahali zastavama Katara i trubili automobilima kako bi iskazali sreću i radost zbog velikog uspjeha svoje nogometne reprezentacije.
Fudbalska reprezentacija Katara savladala je Ujedinjene arapske emirate (UAE) sa 4:0 i po prvi put se plasirala u finale Azijskog kupa.
Katar će se u finalu sastati sa selekcijom Japana koja je u polufinalu bila bolja od Irana rezultatom 3:0.
Finalni meč na programu je u petak u Abu Dhabiju.
Japan je najuspješnija selekcija u Azijskom kupu sa četiri naslova, a slijede ga Iran i Saudijska Arabija sa po tri.
