Gradska garaža! Maketa od milion maraka!
Pitanje koje muči sve građane grada Gradačac, zašto “obećanje” ako ne može biti ispoštovano?
Na žalost ovaj put je u pitanju projekat Gradske garaže. U januaru 2019. godine potpisan je ugovor između grada Gradačac i firme Belamionix d.o.o. o zajedničkoj izgradnji i diobi na etažne jedinice, tj. Gradske garaže sa poslovnim sadržajima.
Dvije godine nakon potpisivanja ugovora izvršeno je premještanje trafo stanice i izbušene su dvije rupe prilikom istraživanja pogodnosti tla za izgradnju.
Zašto je obećano, a nije urađeno ništa po pitanju izgradnje pitaju se mnogi građani i kooperanti sami.
S obzirom da se uglavnom gradi od izbora do izbora, možda gradska uprava uspije dovršiti obećano u narednih 40 dana.
Pored svega navedenog postavlja se i pitanje strpljivosti zajedničkog ulagača firme Belamionix d.o.o. koji je prilikom potpisivanja ugovora, tj. prije 2 godine uplatio akontaciju na račun grada Gradačac od 1.059.000,00 KM, za zemljište koje se ne koristi a ujedno trpi i velike štete.
