Herić: Više od 800 pripadnika OSBiH spremno za vježbu “Kombinovani napor 22”
Više od 800 pripadnika Bataljonske grupe lake pješadije (BGLP) Oružanih snaga Bosne i Hercegovine (OSBiH) sudjelovat će u realizaciji vježbe “Kombinovani napor 22” na vojnom poligonu “Manjača” od 19. do 23. septembra, a s ciljem finalnog ocjenjivanja po NATO Konceptu operativnih sposobnosti (NEL-2).
Komandant BGLP-a major Enis Herić u razgovoru za Fenu ističe kako je NATO program koncepta operativnih sposobnosti, praktični višenamjenski vojni alat koji služi kao sredstvo za blisku operativnu saradnju između Saveza i potencijalnih učesnika u NATO vođenim operacijama.
Istovremeno, precizira kako se radi o programu koji podržava napore partnera u razvoju snaga koje će u cijelosti biti interoperabilne i osposobljene za djelovanje po NATO procedurama i standardima.
– Oružane snage BiH su 2018. godine u okviru navedenog programa, deklarisale BGLP koja je u dosadašnjem periodu uspješno realizovala niz zahtjevnih zadataka, kao i sva planirana ocjenjivanja. Ocijenjena je kao borbeno spremna, a krajem tekućeg mjeseca očekuje nas posljedna provjera čime bismo praktično krunisali ovaj četverogodišnji ciklus ocjenjivanja – pojašnjava major Herić.
U tom kontekstu, podsjeća kako su kao sastavni dio priprema za ocjenjivanje tokom godine realizirani svi planirani događaji obuke, te da je BGLP u cijelosti spreman za predstojeće ocjenjivanje.
Nadalje, navodi kako su u sklopu priprema za ocjenjivanje, pripadnici ove formacije (BGLP-a) kroz zajedničke vojne obuke s EUFOR-om i učešćem u međunarodnim vježbama u Saveznoj Republici Njemačkoj i Republici Turskoj, imali priliku unaprijediti svoja znanja i steći značajna međunarodna iskustva.
– Aktivnosti koje provodimo u sklopu ovog programa imaju izuzetnu važnost, ne samo za OS, nego i za državu u cijelini, jer na ovaj način znatno unapređujemo interoperabilnost i borbenu spremnost OSBiH, a ujedno doprinosimo i procesu euroatlanskih integracija države BiH – potcrtava Herić.
Kada se radi o organizacijsko-formacijskoj strukturi, Herić navodi kako u BGLP-u participira 819 vojnih osoba iz različitih rodova iz svih jedinica OSBiH, te da su u strukturu, odnosno u pripreme ove jedinice involvirani svi nivoi komandovanja OS.
– U skladu sa planom ocjenjivanja prvi dan će se realizovati inspekcija personala i opreme, dok će se u ostalim danima provjeravati obučenost i spremnost jedinice pri izvršavanju zadataka koji će biti delegirani od pretpostavljene komande. Posljednji dan ocjenjivanja (23. septembra) očekuje se inicijalni terenski izvještaj od ocjenjivačkog aparata, u kojem će biti naveden opšti utisak ocjenjivača – navodi Herić u osvrtu na dinamiku i hronologiju procesa ocjenjivanja.
Po njegovim riječima, ocjenjivanje će biti realizirano u skladu sa ček-listom koja sadrži više od 1.100 zadataka, a koja je usaglašena tokom savjetodavne posjete predstavnika NATO-a.
Komandant BGLP-a u tom kontekstu navodi kako se ova jedinica ocjenjuje kroz pet oblasti (Priprema, Operacije, Podrška, Komunikacije i Administracija), te da se na ocjenjivanju očekuje ukupno 75 ocjenjivača.
Radi se o, kako je kazao, certificiranim bh. ocjenjivačima sa značajnim međunarodnim iskustvom, kao i inozemnim ocjenjivačima iz Austrije, Azerbejdžana, Finske, Gruzije, Irske, Italije, Kolumbije, Maroka, Moldavije, Srbije i Švedske, uz učešće NATO monitoring tima i predstavnika Petog korpusa Vojske Sjedinjenih Američkih Država.
Herić napominje kako je tokom ove sedmice u Centru za borbene simulacije na Manjači realizirana kompjuterski podržana vježba, što je ujedno i posljednja aktivnost u sklopu priprema za ocjenjivanje.
– Ono što kao komandant BGLP-a mogu da kažem jeste da ćemo, uz visoko obučen i osposobljen vojnički, podoficirski i oficirski kadar, dati svoj maksimum kroz predstojeće ocjenjivanje, te stvoriti pretpostavke za sticanje certifikata za ulazak u NATO bazen zajedničkih snaga za mirovne operacije, kao i za učešće u NATO vježbama – poručio je major Enis Herić u razgovoru za Fenu.
