Upitno kako će Hodžić platiti PDV jer su mu blokirani računi prema naredbi Tužilaštva

Avion kompanije “FlyBosnia” konačno je jučer odletio za Peking da bi danas oko dostavio preostalih 20 respiratora u BiH koje je naručila „Srebrena malina“ u vlasništvu TV voditelja Fikreta Hodžića. 

Avion ove aviokompanije kako je planirano, na Sarajevski aerodrom trebao bi da sleti u 15.30 sati.

Riječ je o ostatku od 100 kupljenih respiratora, koji su plaćeni 10,5 miliona KM. Do sada je u BiH stiglo svega 80, za koje je, također, plaćen PDV u iznosu od 1.078.000 KM.

No, kako su “Srebrenoj malini” zbog istrage Tužilaštva blokirani računi te se čeka odluka Suda BiH po zahtjevu Hodžića da mu se odobri 475.000 KM kako bi platio PDV, sve je sada pod znakom pitanja. Pitanje je i kako pokrenuti carinsku proceduru.

Tačnije, neizvjesno je hoće li FUZC, koji je, također, pod istragom, preuzeti i kada preostale respiratore, za koje je utvrđeno vještačenjem da ne mogu biti korišteni u bolnicama na intenzivnoj njezi.

Osim toga, dozvola koju je „Srebrena malina“ dobila od Agencije za lijekove istječe danas. U slučaju da preostali respiratori ne dođu, Hodžić će morati tražiti novu dozvolu ili ostati bez nje.

Tužilaštvo BiH užurbano vodi istragu i saslušava svjedoke. Za sada su osumnjičene samo dvije osobe, ali spisak će biti proširen. Tužilaštvo je prikupilo skoro sve dokaze i preostaje još da ispita osumnjičene.

Jučer su nastavljena saslušanja svjedoka u predmetu „Respiratori“. Do sada je saslušano više od 10 osoba. Uskoro će biti poslani pozivi za osumnjičene.
