Hodžić direktno Kinezima uplatio 7,6 miliona KM za 100 respiratora

Kompanija „Srebrena malina“ iz Srebrenice, u vlasništvu TV voditelja Fikreta Hodžića, koji je već danima jedan od glavnih aktera afere „Respiratori“, direktno je uplatila kineskoj kompaniji „Shangai ChangQi Medical Tehnology Center“ 7,6 miliona maraka (3,9 miliona eura) za nabavku sto respiratora za potrebe zdravstvenih institucija FBiH, otkriva „Dnevni avaz“.
Troškovi prijevoza
Naš list u posjedu je naloga o uplati, koji je, između ostalog, prije tri dana izuzela Državna agencija za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA), a sve jučer dostavila Sudu i Tužilaštvu BiH na analiziranje. Ova je uplatnica izuzeta i od jedne sarajevske komercijalne banke.
Tačnije, prema uplatnom nalogu, „Srebrena malina“ je platila Kinezima 30.000.000 juana, što je 3,9 miliona eura, odnosno 7,6 miliona KM. Po ovoj računici, jedan respirator koštao je oko 76.000 maraka, a sve je išlo, što dokazuju dokumenti, preko „China Merchants banke“.
Podsjećamo, Hodžić je za ovaj posao dobio 10,5 miliona KM, no, u ovu cijenu koju je uplatio nisu uračunati troškovi prijevoza od 298.000 KM plaćeni aviokompaniji „FlyBosnia“, troškovi provizije, ali i PDV-a, koji s još dodatnih 20 respiratora iznose 1,4 miliona KM. Po fakturi, naplaćeni su i troškovi skladištenja, ali i aerodromski troškovi u Pekingu u iznosu od 16.000 KM.
Naši izvori tvrde da je, a što je „Avaz“ prije četiri dana prvi i objavio, „Srebrena malina“ ranije pregovarala s kompanijom iz Crne Gore oko posredovanja pri nabavci respiratora, ali da dogovora očito nije bilo, pa je Hodžić direktno uplatio novac Kinezima.
Firma koja se pojavljivala kao posrednik je ”BTL Medical Montenegro” iz Podgorice, čija je vlasnica Sanja Lekić. Tužilaštvo BiH je, putem Interpola, prije tri dana tražilo svu dokumentaciju i od ove firme, što su i dobili i dali Sudu.
Lekić je jučer demantirala za medije da je „Srebrena malina“ kupila respiratore preko njene kompanije.
”BTL Medical” nije imala ništa s firmom „Srebrena malina“. Mi smo dobili upit od „Srebrene maline“, ali to nismo mogli osigurati i uputili smo ih na prodavača. Ja nisam htjela da prodam, nego sam uputila gospodina iz „Srebrene maline“ na prodavača. Nikakvih transakcija nije bilo – rekla je Lekić.
Šta je predala SIPA Sudu
Pripadnici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) predali su jučer Sudu i Tužilaštvu BiH izvještaj o poduzetim mjerama i radnjama u vezi s nabavkom 100 respiratora iz Kine.
U izvještaju su svi originalni ugovori između Hodžića i direktora Federalne uprave civilne zaštite s Fahrudinom Solakom na čelu, ali računi iz banaka, dozvola Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva BiH.
