Visoki predstavnik u BiH Valentin Incko izjavio je da je spreman da on donese zakon o zabrani negiranja genocida, ukoliko to domaće institucije ne urade.

Incko je to rekao za “Al Džaziru Balkans”, a na pitanje zašto to nije učinio do sada, odgovorio da “godišnjica traje godinu dana i da to treba riješiti”.

– Sve evropske zemlje imaju zakon o zabrani negiranja holokausta, u mojoj zemlji je jedan engleski istoričar dobio tri godine zatvora jer je rekao da holokaust ne postoji, naveo je Incko.

Ukoliko bh. institucije ne donesu taj zakon do 11. jula sljedeće godine, Incko kaže da je spreman da on kao visoki predstavnik sa posebnim ovlašćenjima spreman da to uradi.

– Da budemo potpuno jasni, ja sam spreman, rekao je Incko.

Incko je, podsjeća se, ranije najavio da će BiH 2020. imati zakon o negiranju genocida.
