Iranci su gađali Amerikance moćnim raketama Fateh 110!
U napadima na američke baze u Iraku, koje su u noći s utorka na srijedu izvele snage iranske Revolucionarne garde, korištene su rakete tipa Fateh 110, objavili su mediji.
Na društvenim mrežama pojavile su se i fotografije na kojim se, navodno, vide ostaci raketa kojima je gađana baza Ibril.
Inače, prva generacija Fateh-110 raketa testirana je u septembru 2002. godine, a nedugo potom počela je i masovna proizvodnja.
Početni domet rakete bio je 200 kilometara, a s drugom generacijom raketa 2004. godine povećan je domet na 250. Treća generacija rakete, otkrivena 2010. godine, ima domet od 300 kilometara, a četvrta generacija Fateha 110 (2012.) poboljšala je tačnost.
Ove rakete proizvode sa pod licencom i u Siriji, s tim da se sirijske zovu M-600. Fateh 110 korištene su i tokom rata u Siriji prethodnih godina.
Podsjećamo, sinoć se dogodilo nekoliko napada na američke baze u Iraku. Prvi napad na bazu El-Asad dogodio se u 01:20 sati po lokalnom vremenu, u isto vrijeme kada su ubijeni Kasem Sulejmani i njegova pratnja u blizini aerodroma u Iraku u petak prošle sedmice. Drugi napad dogodio se nekoliko sati kasnije na bazu Ibril.
