Ispunjena 13.mjera iz ekspozea: Vlada TK ukida parafiskalne namete
Vlada ukida parafiskalne namete i stvara povoljniji poslovni ambijent s ciljem stvaranja što povoljnijeg poslovnog ambijenta u Tuzlanskom kantonu, Vlada je današnjim prijedlogom Zakona o izmjenama i dopuni Zakona o šumama predvidjela ukidanje parafiskalnog nameta, naknade za općekorisne funkcije šuma.
Ovim se ispunjva još jedna, 13. po redu, mjera iz ekspozea premijera Kantona Irfana Halilagića.
Podsjećamo, radi se o naknadi u visini od 0,04% ukupno ostvarenog prihoda, koju plaćaju sva pravna lica registrovana za obavljanje djelatnosti i imaju sjedište na teritoriji Kantona, kao i dijelovi pravnih lica čije je sjedište van Kantona, a obavljaju djelatnost na teritoriji Kantona. Danas utvrđenim prijedlogom izmjena i dopuna trenutno važećeg Zakona o šumama, ispunjava se i dugogodišnja inicijativa poslodavaca i privrednika u našem kantonu, te im se pruža direktna pomoć rasterećenjem rada.
Prema određenim procjenama ukidanjem ovo nameta privrednicima sa područja Tuzlanskog kantona poslovanje je rasterećeno za oko 2,5 miliona KM na godišnjem nivou, što je i poticajna mjera da poslodavci ovo rasterećenje iskoriste i unaprijede uslove rada i primanja svojih uposlenika.
Ukidanjem ovog parafiskalnog nameta stvaraju se bolje poslovne prilike, unaprjeđuje se poslovno okruženje, što će nesumnjivo dovesti do otvaranja novih radnih mjesta.
