Ispunjeni uslovi: BiH se zadužuje kod MMF-a za više od 148 miliona KM
“Osoblje MMF-a i vlasti u Bosni i Hercegovini postigli su sporazum, koji podliježe odobrenju Izvršnog odbora MMF-a, a u vezi politika koje će omogućiti osoblju MMF-a da preporuči zaključivanje prvog pregleda proširenog aranžmana u sklopu kreditne linije MMF-a za proširene aranžmane. Po ispunjavanju niza uslova, očekuje se da će Izvršni odbor početkom 2018. godine razmatrati zaključivanje prvog pregleda”, izjavio je šef misije za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, Nadeem Ilahi na kraju posjete.
“Vlasti su već ispunile nekoliko uslova tokom proteklih mjeseci. Nedavno je Parlamentarna skupština BiH usvojila povećanje akciza na gorivo, čime će biti deblokirana velika ulaganja u infrastrukturu, finansirana iz vanjskih izvora. Uz to, Narodna skupština Republike Srpske usvojila je budžet za 2018. godinu u skladu sa preporukama osoblja MMF-a. U narednim danima, vlasti ostaju posvećene ispunjenju preostalih uslova. Očekuje se će Parlament FBiH usvojiti budžet za 2018. godinu u skladu sa preporukama osoblja MMF-a, a od Vlade FBiH se očekuje pokretanje temeljite procjene (due dilligence) za dva telekom preduzeća u vlasništvu Federacije BiH, BH Telecom i HT Mostar”, kazao je Ilahi.
Očekuje se da će, po odobrenju Izvršnog odbora i zaključivanju pregleda, MMF doznačiti sredstva u iznosu od 63.4125 miliona SDR (približno 76 miliona eura ili 148,4 miliona KM).
