Iz političkih razlog Crna Gora igra u zelenim dresovima protiv Srbije
(Patria) – Rukometaši Crne Gore od 18:15 igraju meč drugog kola Evropskog prvenstva protiv Srbije, a današnji dresovi imaju poseban, politički motiv. Crnogorci su zaigrali u zelenim dresovima koji predstavljaju sjećane nja Komitski pokret iz 1918. godine koji se protivio odluci Podgoričke skupštine da se Crna Gora priključi Srbiji.
Komitski pokret, predvođen generalom Krstom Popovićem, nazivao se još i zelenaški, pa je stoga odlučeno da Crnogorci igraju baš u zelenim dresovima.
Podsjetimo, obje selekcije su poražene u prvom kolu. Crna Gora je odigrala hrabro protiv Hrvatske, no nije imala snage da dođe do pozitivnog rezultata, dok je isti scenarij preživjela Srbija protiv Bjelorusije.
Meč je od velike važnosti za obje selekcije, a ona koja bude poražena, oprostit će se od Evropskog prvenstva.
