Iz sindikata poručuju da uslovljavanje radnika vakcinacijom u FBiH nije po zakonu

Predsjednik Saveza samostalnih sindikata Bosne i Hercegovine (SSS BiH) Selvedin Šatorović je naglasio da poslodavci nemaju zakonsko utemeljenje da vakcinacijom protiv koronavirusa uslovljavaju radnike.

U izjavi za Klix.ba je istakao da organi Sindikata još nisu razmatrali, kako je izjavio, represivne mjere poslodavaca te je podsjetio da su apelovali na vlasti da čim prije nabave vakcine i da omoguće vakcinaciju onima koji se žele vakcinisati.

Smatra da je građanima trebalo biti omogućeno da biraju vakcinu kojom će se vakcinisati, a što je slučaj u susjednim i državama Zapadne Evrope.

“Da ne bude prisile da se neko mora vakcinisati nekom vakcinom koju niko ne želi. Činjenica je da kada se ponude vakcine proizvođača Pfizer/BioNTech, onda su redovi ispred svih punktova za vakcinaciju. Kada nema ovih vakcina, onda nemate ovakvu situaciju”, ukazao je Šatorović.

Ponovio je da vakcinacija mora biti dobrovoljna i da se mora omogućiti izbor vakcine. Tvrdi da zakonski nije moguće radnika uslovljavati vakcinacijom.

“Ne podržavamo bilo kakve represivne mjere i uslovljavanja. Prvo, to nije moguće zakonski, zakonski nije uređeno i ako dođe do takvih stvari moraju se promijeniti pojedini zakonski propisi”, naglasio je.

Šatorović je ocijenio da do toga i ne bi trebalo doći ukoliko vlast bude odgovarajuće radila svoj posao. Potcrtao je da kada bi se potvrdilo da je poslodavac na ovaj način uslovljavao radnika, onda bi Sindikat tražio reakciju inspekcije.

“Ponavljam, takva vrsta diskriminacije i prisile nije moguća. Naravno da mi to apsolutno ne želimo podržati”, zaključio je predsjednik SSS BiH Selvedin Šatorović.

Podsjećamo, dvije kompanije iz Bosanske Dubice i Milića obavijestile su radnike da se moraju vakcinisati te da će u suprotnom biti upitan njihov status kao radnika. U međuvremenu se širom svijeta vakcinacijom uslovljava ne samo rad, već i druge svakodnevne aktivnosti.
