Izetbegović poručio Bidenu: Vaš uspjeh je obradovao brojne ljude u BiH jer ste naš prijatelj
Predsjednik Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA) Bakir Izetbegović čestitao je Joeu Bidenu na izboru za novog američkog predsjednika. Naglasio je, između ostalog, da su Sjedinjene Američke Države najvažniji partner Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Poštovani predsjedniče Biden, upućujem vam iskrene čestitke na uvjerljivoj pobjedi koju ste ostvarili na proteklim izborima. Vaš uspjeh je obradovao brojne ljude u Bosni i Hercegovini, jer vi ste dokazani prijatelj ove zemlje. Potvrdili ste to u najtežim trenucima, kada ste se kao senator gorljivo borili za opstanak Bosne i Hercegovine i za pobjedu istine i pravde u njoj”, poručio je Izetbegović.
Vjeruje da će Bidenov dolazak na mjesto predsjednika Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, kako je naveo, dodatno unaprijediti odnose između Bosne i Hercegovine i SAD-a kao našeg najvažnijeg partnera.
“Svjesni smo da postoje brojni drugi prioriteti te ne očekujemo čuda, ali sama činjenica da je na čelu najmoćnije države svijeta iskreni prijatelj naše zemlje dovoljna je da doprinese jačanju mira, stabilnosti i napretka u Bosne i Hercegovine. Ne sumnjam da ćete vi lično, kao i vaša administracija, iskoristiti i svaku konkretnu priliku da date vjetar u leđa euroatlantskom putu naše države, na korist svih građana i cijelog regiona”, izjavio je Izetbegović.
Čestitao mu je na pobjedi i uvjeren je da će SAD uz njegovo liderstvo uspješno prevazići sopstvene izazove, prije svega one koji su vezani uz aktuelnu pandemiju koronavirusa.
“Vrijednosti koje simbolizira vaša politika zasigurno će biti inspiracija ljudima širom svijeta koji teže vrijednostima slobode, demokratije i potvrde ljudskog dostojanstva. Neka Bog blagoslovi Ameriku i vaše liderstvo u njoj”, izjavio je predsjednik SDA Bakir Izetbegović.
