Javni poziv za prijavu kandidata za imenovanje povjereništva u Mjesnoj zajednici Lukavac Gornji
Na osnovu člana 4. stav 3. Odluke o izmjenama Odluke o postupku izbora za organe mjesne zajednice i načinu verifikacije provedbenih izbora, broj: 01-05-68/19 od 10.09.2019.godine, Gradonačelnik dana 04.05.2021.godine raspisuje
J A V N I P O Z I V
za prijavu kandidata za imenovanje povjereništva u mjesnoj zajdnici Lukavac Gornji
I
Pozivaju se zainteresovani građani za podnošenje prijava vezanih za imenovanje u povjereništvo mjesne zajednice na period do 31.12.2023 godine i to za:
– Lukavac Gornji
II
PRAVO UČEŠĆA:
Imaju svi punoljetni građani sa područja Mjesne zajednice Lukavac Gornji.
III
USLOVI ZA IMENOVANJE U POVJERENIŠTVO MZ:
Prijavljeni kandidati moraju ispunjavati sljedeće uslove:
– da imaju prebivalište na području MZ za koju se kandiduju,
– da su punoljetni,
– da posjeduju iskustva i znanja o radu i funkcionisanju MZ.

POTREBNA DOKUMENTACIJA:
Potencijalni kandidati uz prijavu obavezno dostavljaju sljedeće dokumente:
a) Prijavni obrazac,
b) Fotokopija lične karte.

NAČIN IMENOVANJA KANDIDATA U POVJERENIŠTVO MZ:
Gradsko vijeće će na prijedlog Gradonačelnika u mjesnoj zajednici za koju se raspisuje Javni poziv, imenovati povjereništvo sastavljeno od 12 (dvanaest) članova na period do 31.12.2023 godine vodeći računa o teritorijalnoj zastupljenosti.

PREUZIMANJE DOKUMENTACIJE:
Potrebna dokumentacija (prijavni obrazac) za prijavu na Javni poziv može se preuzeti 05.05.2021. godine, u Šalter sali Grada Gradačac i na službenoj web stranici Grada Gradačac (www.gradacac.ba). Dodatne informacije mogu se dobiti u Gradskoj službi za društvene djelatnosti i boračko-invalidsku zaštitu ili na telefon: 035-369-750.

PREDAJA PRIJAVE:
Javni poziv ostaje otvoren 8 dana od dana objevljivanja. Prijave na javni poziv sa potrebnom dokumentacijom u zapečaćenoj koverti sa obaveznom naznakom „Ne otvaraj“, Prijava na javni poziv za imenovanje povjereništva u MZ slati preporučeno poštom ili lično na pisarnicu Grada Gradačac.
