Je li danas ‘dan D’ za pregovore o Izbornom zakonu
Danas se očekuje ključna runda razgovora o izmjenama Izbornog zakona BiH.
Nakon jučerašnjih cjelodnevnih pregovora, lider SBB-a Fahrudin Radončić je rekao da je napravljen jedan veliki iskorak i u sređivanju stanja u Federaciji BiH. Naveo je da je mijenjanje ustava u svakoj zemlji veoma teška materija. ali da se razgovaralo o nekoliko teških izazovnih tema koje traju već deset godina.
– To je izbor člana Predsjedništva BiH, integritet izbora, zaustavljanje blokada u Federalnom parlametntu, u Vladi FBiH na pozicijama predsjednika i potpredsjednika FBiH i još desetak veoma važnih pitanja – rekao je Radončić.
Predsjednik SBB-a smatra da je napredak napravljen na svim tačkama o kojim se pregovara i da je danas “dan D”.
– U jednom trenutku je izgledalo da smo bili blizu dogovora, ja osobno ostavljam mogućnost da će sutra doći do dogovora. Ako sutra budemo na tragu onoga što smo relativno korektno usuglasili postoji mogućnost da se proces završi. Naša ruka, naš dolazak je siguran. Mi ćemo dati maksimalan trud da dođemo do dogovora – kazao je predsjednik HDZ-a 1990 Ilija Cvitanović nakon trećeg dana pregovora o Izbornom zakonu u Delegaciji Evropske unije u Sarajevu.
Navodi da je ključna stvar kako ko od današnjih sudionika u razgovorima vidi BiH.
– Ono što je mene zaboljelo, ono što je za mene poražavajuće, katastrofalno, ono što ruši BiH to je poruka iz SDA o Domu naroda FBiH, da ga dovedu na razinu Vijeća naroda Republike Srpske i da naprave u Federaciji BiH Republiku Srpsku bošnjačkog naroda, i onda željeti da imaju među Hrvatima partnera za takav razgovor – kazao je Cvitanović.
Draganu Čoviću je ova runda pregovora posljednja šansa da se izborni zakon izmjeni i to ne kako on želi, nego onako kako je realno i moguće uz reduciranje ovlasti Domova naroda. Ukoliko na to ne pristane, novu šansu ove godine neće dobiti, a izbori će biti održani po važećim pravilima, sa ili bez učešća HDZ-a.
