Jusufović: 15 uposlenika UKC Tuzla imalo lažnu diplomu, neki radili 35 godina
Direktor UKC Tuzla Vahid Jusufović kazao je kako je po nalogu Vlade TK izvršena verifikacija valjanosti diploma uposlenika te j utvrđeno za njih 15 da ne postoje u matičnim evidencijama obrazovnih institucija iz kojih su navodne diplome izdate. Kada je riječ o strukturi zaposlenih čije diplome nisu validne, utvrđeno je da je riječ o službi za arhivsko-kancelarijsko poslovanje, službe za unutrašnje obezbjeđenje i tehničke službe.
“Ovo je prvi put jedna cjelovita akcija da se izvrši provjera. Kod nekih ljudi je nastupila panika. Kada smo utvrdili da tih uposlenika nema u evidencijama obrazovnih institucija, Pravna služba postupila je po proceduri. Obavještava se uposlenik kojem se daje pet dana da se očituje i onda se konsultuje sindikat nakon čega se prekida ugovor o radu. Nije mi bilo prijatno da nekom nakon 30-35 godina rada dam otkaz”, rekao je Jusufović u Novom danu.
Kazao je kako je riječ o osobama koje su imale osnovnu školu i s tom diplomom primljene, a da su tokom rada, kako bi imale veću platu, “završavale” srednju školu ili obuku za VK i KV.
“To se dešavalo u zadnjih 10-12 godina. Oni su donosili ovjerene diplome kod notara, predavali u našu Službu za kadrovske poslove i niko nije sumnjao u validnost dok nije krenuo proces verifikacije kada smo se obraćali školama. Po službenoj dužnosti morao sam podnijeti krivične prijave“, rekao je Jusufović.
Istakao je da još nije vidio falsifikovanu diplomu srednje medicinske škole ili Medicinskog fakulteta, ali da ne isključuje mogućnost da se i to utvrdi s obzirom da verifikacije nije do kraja završena.
Govoreći o vakcinaciji uposlenika UKC Tuzla, kazao je da se do sada vakcinisalo 544 uposlenih i da ih ima još na spisku koji žele. Vakcinisani su AstraZenecom i do sada niko nije imao težih reakcija.
Kazao je da je situacija pogoršana i da se mijenja iz sata u sat kada je u pitanju broj oboljelih i njihove kliničke slike. Naglasio je kako je svaki vikend kritičan, da su im kapaciteti popunjeno do 90 posto i da su pripremili i rezervne kapaciteti kako bi mogli primiti sve pacijente.
“Situacija je teška iz sata u sat. Nismo još popunjeni, ali očekujemo tokom vikenda da budemo popunjeni. Na respiratorima je 12 ljudi. Nije više mladih, i dalje preovladava starija populacija, ali ima i puno mladih. Situacija je zabrinjavajuća. Opomena mladima da nisu ovaj put izuzeti”, kazao je Jusufović.
