Kako je Federalni štab nabavljao medicinsku opremu
Za ručne kamere platili 77.200 KM, a ne koriste se
Nabavljena dva uređaja, a jedna kamera za mjerenje tjelesne temperature košta 3.861 KM
Federalni štab civilne zaštite, koji je ovih dana u žiži interesiranja javnosti zbog afere ”Respiratori”, donio je 16. marta odluku o nabavci opreme potrebne zbog suzbijanja pandemije koronavirusa, među kojom su i ručne medicinske kamere sa sistemom mjerenja tjelesne temperature.
Radi se o nabavci 20 ručnih kamera, za koje je 20. marta, četiri dana kasnije, data saglasnost i Vlade Federacije BiH.
Dva miliona
Prema saglasnosti Vlade, zbog pogoršane epidemiološke situacije, iz sredstava posebne naknade za zaštitu od prirodnih i drugih nesreće tada je odobren iznos od 2.096.415 KM.
Ova sredstva namijenjena su za nabavku 100.000 zaštitnih maski, 2.000 litara dezinfekcijskog sredstva, 250.000 zaštitnih rukavica, 20 ručnih medicinskih kamera sa sistemom mjerenja tjelesne temperature, 1.000 višekratnih varenih zaštitnih odijela, 600 kreveta s madracem i posteljinom za karantin i 30.000 testova za detekciju Cov-2019.
No, zanimljivo je da su samo ručne kamere plaćene 77.220 maraka. To znači, kad podijelimo ovu cifru sa 20, da je jedna kamera plaćena čak 3.861 KM.
No, to možda i ne bi bio preveliki izdatak da do primopredaje nikad nije došlo.
Iako postoji naredba Štaba da se ručne kamere podijele, i to između ostalog, njih 14 Federalnoj upravi za inspekcijske poslove, kako bi bile postavljene na granične prijelaze, to se nikad nije desilo, pa ova oprema niti je upotrebljavana niti je sada u funkciji.

Ovu informaciju potvrdio je za “Avaz” i Anis Ajdinović, direktor ove uprave. Kako nam je rekao, tačno je da postoji naredba Štaba da se kamere daju, ali nisu ih dobili.
– Nismo ih još ni preuzeli, mi imamo nekoliko kamera koje smo nabavili iz svojih sredstava, a ovih 14 još nismo preuzeli. To su ove termalne kamere za temperaturu – kaže Ajdinović.
